Assembly Steps
Follow the numbered steps below for assembly. Two people are recommended for assembly.
Step 1-3: Frame Assembly
Assemble the base frame by connecting the tubes as shown in diagrams 1-3. Ensure all connections are secure.
Diagram 1 shows connecting parts labeled '1' to form the base structure.
Diagram 2 shows connecting two sets of frame pieces.
Diagram 3 illustrates securing the frame pieces with fasteners.
Step 4-5: Forming the Structure
Continue assembling the frame, creating the uprights and the angled roof supports as depicted in diagrams 4 and 5.
Diagram 4 shows the frame being extended and angled.
Diagram 5 shows the basic structure with angled roof supports.
Step 6-9: Completing the Frame
Add the remaining frame pieces, including the door frame, as shown in diagrams 6-9. Use parts labeled '7' and '8' as indicated.
Diagram 6 shows the placement of parts '7' and '8'.
Diagram 7 shows attaching an additional frame piece labeled '2'.
Diagram 8 shows the final frame assembly with the door opening.
Diagram 9 shows the completed frame with parts labeled '6' attached.
Step 10-14: Attaching the Roof and Mesh
Attach the roof cover (E) and the chain link mesh (R, S) to the frame using the provided ties (I) and steel wire (H). Refer to diagrams 10-14 for placement.
Diagram 10 shows the initial roof structure.
Diagram 11 shows the completed roof structure.
Diagram 12 shows the attachment of the mesh panels.
Diagram 13 shows the final assembly with the mesh attached and secured with ties (I), fasteners (D, K, L), and steel wire (H).
Diagram 14 provides a close-up of the mesh attachment points.
Installing the Chain Link Mesh
Unroll the compressed chain-link mesh roll on the ground and extend it. Check for and realign any misaligned or unhooked mesh wires. Roll it again. Use ties (I) to fix one side of the mesh to the braided door frame. Wrap the mesh around the dog kennel, using ties (I) to secure it at the top and bottom to prevent slipping. Tighten the mesh, fix it to another doorframe pillar, and remove any excess mesh. Finally, reinforce and secure with steel wire (H).
Important Notices and Warnings
Notice:
- Assembly requires at least 2 people to avoid damage to the steel tubes.
- Do not use the cage unless all bolts, screws, and knobs are firmly secured.
- Please use the product on a flat, hard ground.
- Do not climb on the product or attempt unauthorized revisions.
- Caution: Risk of pinching hands.
Warning:
A: Ensure every post is upright.
B: Fasten part (C) with the Rand electric tool in the correct direction.
C: Make sure every part (C) is assembled correctly before putting your kennel into use.
