Getting Started
Powering On
Press and hold the side button to turn on the watch.
Note: For first use, please charge the watch for 5 minutes. If not charged, it cannot be turned on. Full charging takes approximately 2 hours.
Downloading the App
After powering on and selecting your language, scan the QR code of the watch to download the "Flymatrix" app. Available on the Apple App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android.

Pairing with Your Watch
Scan the QR code displayed on the watch with the app, or search for the device via Bluetooth to add it. Scanning the QR code is recommended for initial pairing.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues:
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is not connected to other devices. Turn off nearby Bluetooth devices and try pairing with the watch again.
- Reset the watch (initialize).
- Pair through the app, not from your phone's Bluetooth device list.
- If pairing is successful, swiping up from the bottom on the watch face screen will show a [Connected Icon] in the upper left corner. If it is not connected, a [Disconnected Icon] will be displayed.
Key Features
Bluetooth Calls
Turn on the Bluetooth call function on the watch. On the main interface, short press the right button to enter the menu, click the phone menu, and then turn on "Bluetooth Call".
To use this feature, open the Bluetooth list in your phone's settings and connect to "AGPTEK A09".
Customized Watch Faces
Turn on the watch and short press the side button to access more functions, such as "Sports record", "Heart rate", and "Sleep" monitoring.
Changing Watch Faces:
- Built-in Watch Faces: Press and hold the screen for 3 seconds on the clock interface to enter the watch face selection interface.
- App Watch Face Market: Enter the app, click the second icon [App Market Icon] at the bottom of the page, and select a watch face to synchronize.
- Custom Album Watch Face: Enter the app, click the second icon [App Market Icon] at the bottom of the page, click "Custom" in the upper right corner, set your desired image, and then synchronize the watch face.
Local Music Streaming on the Watch
Open the APP, click the third icon [File Transfer Icon] at the bottom of the page, and select "File Transfer". Choose the music file you wish to transfer.
After successful transfer, turn on the watch, press the side button to enter the menu, and select the "Music" function to play the music stored on the watch.
Note: The watch supports MP3 format music only, with a maximum file size of 20MB per song.
Music Control
Swipe right on the main interface to enter the music module and select the desired music mode:
- Turn on "Watch music" to play local music on the watch.
- Select "Bluetooth ear connected" to enjoy local music on the watch with headphones.
- Turn on "Mobile music" to control music played on your mobile phone through the watch.
Raise to Wake
- Press the side button to turn on the watch.
- Turn on the "Raise to Wake" function; the icon is [Raise to Wake Icon].

Swipe up from the bottom on the watch face screen to access the User Assistance Menu:

Frequently Used Functions
Swiping left from the watch face screen opens the Frequently Used Functions menu. You can customize these functions within the app. The default functions include Music Control, Sports, Phone, and Settings.
- Music Control: Tap icons to select music output devices, confirm and play music, or adjust volume.
- Sports: Select from various sports modes.
- Phone: Make calls and manage your contacts and call history.
- Settings: Adjust screen brightness, volume, silent mode, and perform resets.
Customizing Function Parts
In the app's "Frequently Used Functions" section, you can change the displayed parts. If "Music Control" is not selected, up to 9 parts can be chosen. If "Music Control" is selected, a maximum of 4 parts can be chosen.
Bluetooth Call Function Details
- Swipe from right to left on the watch face screen to enter the "Phone" interface.
- Turn on "Bluetooth Call" at the top.
- Enable "Call Audio" on your smartphone and configure "Share Contacts and Call History".
- Within the app's "Bluetooth Call" section, you can sync your contacts.
Changing Watch Faces
Press and hold the watch face screen to switch between different watch faces.
Customizing Watch Faces:
- In the app, tap the icon and then tap "Create Original Watch Face" on the screen.
- Select the background, time style, and text color for your custom watch face.
- Press the create button to automatically sync the watch face with your watch.
- Tap the icon to manage (set and delete) your watch faces. Note: Video formats are only supported in MP4.
Charging and Maintenance
Charging the Watch
Place the watch flat and align the metal holes on the back with the metal tip of the charging head (charging contact spacing: 9mm).
Instructions:
- Connect the USB connector of the charger cable to an AC adapter and then to the power outlet.
- Attach the other end of the charging cable to the charging pins on the back of the watch.
Precautions:
- ① Please avoid using AC adapters that do not meet the standard (5V/1A or higher). Leaving the watch plugged in after it is fully charged may cause damage.
- ② Do not charge using a car adapter, as unstable voltage can lead to damage.
Replacing the Watchband
The replaceable belt width is 22mm.
- To Remove: Turn the watch over, press the circular part in the image in the direction of the arrow, and the belt will detach.
- To Attach: Turn the watch over, hook the metal part of the belt into the designated hole, press the circular part in the image in the direction of the arrow, align it with the other hole, and insert the metal part of the belt.
Important Precautions
- If you experience discomfort or skin irritation after wearing, discontinue use.
- Adjust the watchband size for a comfortable fit that does not cause discomfort.
- Do not wear the watch while swimming. If it gets wet, wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
- If you develop an allergic reaction, stop using the watch and consult a doctor.
- Ensure the charging contacts are dry before charging.
- To prolong battery life, avoid leaving the watch constantly plugged in. If storing for extended periods, charge it to 50% every 1-3 months.
- Do not store the watch in high temperature or high humidity environments.
