Function Interface of the Watch
1. Time Mode
After successfully pairing your watch with the APP, the watch will synchronize its time and date with your phone.
2. Step-counting Mode
The watch is in step-counting mode by default when powered on. With the watch on your wrist, if you walk and swing your arms, the watch will record your motion data, which you can view immediately.
3. Riding Mode
On the bicycle interface, long press the button for 3 seconds to enter riding mode. In this mode, the watch records your riding time and calories burned. On the heart rate detection interface, long press the button to activate the real-time heart rate detection function. Battery life will be shortened in this mode. To exit, long press the button for 3 seconds.
4.1 Placement: Wear your watch on your wrist, approximately 2cm from the inside of your ulnaradius joint.
4.2 Sensor Contact: Ensure the heart rate sensor is snug against your skin for good contact. Otherwise, sensor light may leak, leading to inaccurate measurements. Do not look directly at the green sensor light, as it may cause discomfort.
4.3 Movement: While the watch can detect heart rate dynamically, it is recommended to keep still during detection for faster and more accurate results. You can view dynamic data after measurement.
4.4 Measurement Consistency: If measurements vary significantly, rest and try again. Taking an average of 5 successive measurements can yield a more accurate result.
4.5 Dynamic Readings: Heart rate values may differ based on your state (e.g., talking, eating, drinking). The actual heart rate depends on the current situation.
4.6 Heart Rate Warning: After connecting to the APP, you can set a maximum heart rate warning value. When this value is reached, your watch will vibrate, and the heart rate value will flash, prompting you to stop intensive exercise.
4.7 Consult Doctor: If you are unsure of your maximum or minimum heart rate, consult your doctor before exercising.
4.8 Sensor Cleanliness: Ensure the bottom of the heart rate sensor is clean before measurement. Factors like skin color, thick hair, tattoos, or scars can affect detection results.
4.9 PPG Principle: This heart rate detector uses the PPG measurement principle. Precision may vary due to physiological factors (blood circulation, blood pressure, skin conditions, blood vessel location, and density) affecting light absorption and reflection. Very high or low readings may be incorrect and require re-measurement.
4.10 Heat: Prolonged measurement may cause the watch to heat up. If uncomfortable, remove the watch and wear it again after it cools down.
4.11 Temperature: Measurement is recommended in warm conditions, as cold weather can affect results.

FAQs
1. My watch cannot connect to Bluetooth. What should I do?
Answer:
- Check if your phone supports Bluetooth connection (iPhone 4s with iOS 7.0+, Android 4.3+ or above, or Bluetooth 4.0 compatible devices).
- Signal interference can affect connection times. If connection fails repeatedly, ensure you are not in an environment with magnetic fields or other Bluetooth devices.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth.
- Close background applications on your phone or restart your phone.
- Avoid connecting to other Bluetooth devices or functions simultaneously.
- Ensure the APP is running in the background; otherwise, connection may fail.
2. The watch cannot be found on my phone. Why?
Answer: This is likely due to an ongoing Bluetooth broadcast. Ensure your watch has power, is activated, and is not connected to another phone. Keep it close to your phone. If the issue persists, disconnect Bluetooth on your phone and reconnect in 20 seconds.
3. Should I keep the Bluetooth connection connected always? Will data be lost if disconnected?
Answer: Data from exercise and sleep before synchronization remains on the watch. Once connected via Bluetooth, data uploads automatically. The watch stores approximately one week's data; full storage will overwrite the earliest data. Synchronize data regularly.
Note: Call and SMS notifications require an active Bluetooth connection. Alarm clock notifications support offline use.
4. The distance and calories displayed on the APP differ from the watch. Why?
Answer: Individual physical mechanisms vary, affecting calorie consumption during exercise. Set your personal information in the APP and synchronize it to the watch before viewing exercise data.
5. The watch cannot be charged. Why?
- Check if the main unit is inserted correctly.
- If the main unit's electricity is below 3.6V, it may enter a battery precharging phase.
Note: The watch typically enters normal charging state within 3-5 minutes after plugging in the charger.
6. Will Bluetooth radiation from the watch damage my body if worn continuously?
Answer: The Bluetooth radiation is well below American FCC standards and is negligible. Continuous wear does not cause radiation damage to the human body.
7. If I have multiple sleeping periods in a day, does the watch record them together?
Answer: The watch records data for multiple sleeping modes if you manually switch them on.
8. The watch vibrates abnormally. Why?
Answer: Abnormal vibration might be due to the 'phone anti-lost' function being active. Wireless Bluetooth signals can be subject to interference, causing vibration when the signal is weak or the connection is lost. Turn off 'phone anti-lost' if not needed. If abnormal vibration persists, try powering off and on your watch or phone.
9. Is the watch waterproof?
Answer: This watch has a waterproof design with an IP67 rating. It is dustproof and waterproof, allowing normal use when washing your face and hands. With an IP67 rating, it can be used for 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter underwater.
