DESCRIPTION

The ice maker consists of the following main components:

FEATURES

WARNING

  1. During transportation, do not tilt the machine more than 45 degrees and do not reverse it. This may damage the compressor and the sealing system.
  2. Remove all packing materials, check the machine carefully and make sure that the machine, power cord and plug are normal.
  3. The machine should be placed on a level surface. To ensure sufficient ventilation, the distance from the back of ice maker to the wall should be at least 150mm; it should be away from oven, radiators or other heat source.
  4. Before using the machine for the first time, place the machine and leave the transparent cover open for at least two hours.
  5. Make sure that the home voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated by the machine.
  6. Distilled water is not allowed. Mineral water is recommended.

CONTROL PANEL OPERATION

The control panel features the following buttons and indicators:

Operation Steps:

  1. Plug in the power. The power indicator light flashes. Press the POWER button; the power indicator light will be always on. The machine will start the deicing function first, then automatically make ice. After ice making is completed, deicing will be carried out, followed by the ice shoveling function, and so on.
  2. SELECT: Use this to select the ice size mode. The default mode is large ice. Select SMALL for small ice mode or LARGE for large ice mode; the corresponding indicator light will turn on. The production time for small ice is approximately 8 minutes and 30 seconds, and for large ice is approximately 9 minutes and 30 seconds.
  3. CLEAN: Press the CLEAN button to start the motor and the water pump. This cycle stops for 4 minutes.
  4. ADD WATER: This indicator light turns red when there is a water shortage in the water tank. Add water and press the POWER button to restart the machine.
  5. ICE FULL: This indicator light flashes and the machine stops when the ice reaches the maximum capacity of the ice storage container. Pour out the ice. The machine will restart automatically when the ice level is lower than the full sensor position.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Step 1: Open the lid and take out the basket. Add water to the reservoir. Note: There is a maximum scale (MAX) in the reservoir. The water level should not exceed the MAX position. If it does, open the bottom drain plug, release the excess water, and replace the cover.
  2. Step 2: Plug in the power and press the POWER button to start the machine.
  3. Step 3: Select the size of ice you want to make (default is large ice).

CAUTION

  1. When the indoor temperature is lower than 15 degrees Celsius, choose small ice mode. When the indoor temperature is higher than 30 degrees Celsius, it is recommended to choose large ice mode.
  2. In the first three cycles, the ice produced might be small and irregular.
  3. When the ice collecting tray is full, please take out the ice immediately to prevent overflow.

CLEANING & USE GUIDANCE

  1. Clean the inner liner, ice collecting tray, water box, ice shovel, and evaporator frequently. When cleaning, unplug the unit and remove ice cubes. Use a diluted solution of water and vinegar to clean the inside and outside surfaces. Do not spray with chemicals, acids, gasoline, or oil. Rinse thoroughly before starting.
  2. Keep ventilation openings clear of obstruction. Do not use mechanical devices to accelerate defrosting, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
  3. If reusing the machine after a period of idle time, the "ADD WATER" indicator light will illuminate. Press the POWER button to restart the ice maker.
  4. To ensure ice cleanness, change water in the reservoir at least once daily. If not used for a long time, drain and clean the unit.
  5. If the compressor experiences a strike action (e.g., due to low water, full water, or power interruption), it will delay startup by 3 minutes after restart.
  6. Always use fresh water before starting ice production, whether at initial installation or after a long shut-off period.
  7. After a period of use, clean the filter and ice basket to prevent the water inlet from being blocked by scale. As shown in the figure below: Take out the ice collecting tray, then the filter cover from the water tank. Clean the filter cover with clean water and a brush, then reassemble.
