This document provides essential instructions for setting up and using your new Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Single-Serve Coffeemaker.

Quick Start Guide - Back Panel

When Using Single-Serve Packs

Step 1: Place
Description: A hand is shown placing a single-serve coffee pack into a holder.
Step 2: Slide
Description: The holder with the coffee pack is being slid into the coffeemaker.
Step 3: Fill Water Reservoir
Description: The water reservoir is being filled with water.
Step 4: Close Lid
Description: The coffeemaker lid is being closed.
Step 5: Place Mug
Description: A mug is placed on the drip tray under the brewing spout.
Step 6: Select and Brew
Description: Options for brew size ([8 oz cup], [10 oz cup], or [14 oz cup]) and strength (Regular or Bold) are displayed. The user presses the brew button ([coffee cup symbol]) to start brewing.

When Using Ground Coffee

Step 1: Remove Holder and Basket
Description: The single-serve pack holder is removed from the coffeemaker, and then the grounds basket is removed from the tray.
Step 2: Add Coffee Grounds
Description: Coffee grounds are being scooped into the grounds basket with a spoon. A note indicates "DO NOT FILL GROUNDS ABOVE MAX LINE".
Step 3: Insert Basket and Slide Holder
Description: The grounds basket is placed back into the holder, and the holder is slid into the coffeemaker.
Step 4: Fill Water Reservoir
Description: The water reservoir is being filled with water.
Step 5: Close Lid
Description: The coffeemaker lid is being closed.
Step 6: Place Mug
Description: A mug is placed on the drip tray under the brewing spout.
Step 7: Select and Brew
Description: Options for brew size ([8 oz cup], [10 oz cup], or [14 oz cup]) and strength (Regular or Bold) are displayed. The user presses the brew button ([coffee cup symbol]) to start brewing.
