Funnel Configuration
- Funnel: A dedicated coffee brewing funnel is provided.
- Using with Single-Serve Pack: The funnel is designed to be used with single-serve coffee packs (e.g., K-Cup pods).
- Using with Ground Coffee: The funnel also accommodates ground coffee for brewing.
Troubleshooting: Coffee Not Brewing or Dispensing
⚠️ If the FlexBrew™ does not brew or dispense coffee, the needle may need unclogging. Follow the simple steps below.

Action: Unplug the coffee maker and allow it to cool completely.
Step 1: Remove the gray needle holder.
Action: Using a straightened paperclip, clean the hole in the needle.
Step 2: Turn over the needle holder and clean out the two holes within it.
Action: Rinse the needle holder and re-install it, turning clockwise until secure.
