The SC200 Universal Controller with Ultrasonic Sensor
The SC200 Universal Controller with Ultrasonic Sensor is designed to provide highly accurate flow and depth measurements for open channel flow monitoring applications. The system offers an economical choice for flow monitoring with reliable data management via SD card transfer.
The flow system is suitable for various applications, including NPDES permitting, storm water monitoring, inlet flow, final effluent, and activated sludge. It replaces the Hach GL153 analog controller with advanced features for enhanced operator usability.
The SC200 controller can be configured for 1 or 2 Digital Sensor Inputs, or 1 or 2 Analog Sensor Inputs, or a combination of both. Communication options include MODBUS RTU and Profibus DPV1.
Maximum Versatility

Ultrasonic Flow Sensor

- The non-contact flow sensor requires no routine maintenance and uses pulse echo technology.
Sensor Inputs
- Analog sensor modules can be added in the field.
- Digital sensor ports are factory installed.
- The controller automatically scans and detects newly added sensors.
- Compatible with GLI and Hach digital sensors.
Analog Inputs
- Enables non-SC analyzer monitoring.
