Operation Instructions

1. Power on:
   • Press the power button once to turn it on.
   • Connect a device to have it automatically power on.
2. LED light:
   • In power-on status, the LED light indicates the remaining power capacity: 100% [||||||||||], 75% [||||||||--], 50% [|||||-----], 25% [|||-------].
   • If no device is connected for 30 seconds, the product enters sleep mode, and the LED light turns off automatically.
3. Using environment:
   • Recommended ambient temperature: 0°C to 40°C (non-tropical areas).
   • Storage ambient temperature: 0°C to 40°C.
4. Recharge the power bank:

   Use a USB to Type-C or USB to Micro cable to connect the power bank's Type-C or Micro input port with a charger. The LED light will flash while the power bank is recharging and remain constantly lit when fully recharged.

   Please recharge the product with a charging cable and charger of nominal specifications.

Warm Reminders

1. Fully charge the power bank before its first use.
2. Disconnect the charging cable promptly after full charge to prevent energy loss.
3. Use compatible cables and accessories for optimal performance.
4. Do not drop, impact, disassemble, or attempt to repair the product yourself.
5. Avoid storing the product in wet conditions or immersing it in water.
6. Do not expose or store the product near heat sources or flammable materials.
7. Do not leave the product in a car, as high temperatures from sunlight can cause damage.
8. Keep the product out of reach of children to prevent improper use.
9. Do not insert foreign objects into the USB/Type-C input/output ports to avoid short circuits or damage.
10. To prolong its service life, charge the power bank fully at least once every four months.
11. Discontinue use immediately if the product exhibits swelling, leakage, deformation, or other abnormalities.
12. Do not disassemble the product. Joyroom is not liable for shortened service life or damage resulting from improper use or storage by the customer.
13. Avoid using chargers with excessive output current or load.

After-Sale Service Regulations

1. Consulting service: Please read this User Manual carefully before use and retain it for future reference.
2. Replacement service: If the product fails within 7 days of purchase due to reasons other than human error, customers may choose between replacement or repair (repair is possible if the product's appearance is in good condition). The product, its accessories, and packaging must be complete and in good condition. Contact the local authorized dealer for assistance.
3. Warranty service: For product failures within the warranty period not caused by human error, free warranty service is provided for one year. For failures caused by human error, relevant repair charges will apply.
4. Charged repairing service: For product failures occurring between one to three years from the date of purchase, charged repairing service will be provided. Users are responsible for the costs of components, transportation, and labor.
5. Warranty exceptions (services requiring payment):
   • Expired warranty period.
   • Alterations on the Warranty Card or inconsistency of the serial number with the product itself.
   • Product damage caused by accidents or human error (e.g., failure to use, maintain, or store the product according to the User Manual; incorrect installation; improper power supply; water intrusion, etc.).
   • Failure to provide the Warranty Card and valid invoice (unless proof of warranty period is available).
   • Product damage caused by force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, floods, or lightning strikes.
   • Product damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or refitting.
