Phthalate Test Results
Note: 1. mg/kg= ppm=0.0001%
2. N.D.= Not Detected(<MDL)
3. MDL = Method Detection Limit
4. -- = No Testing
5. Explanation of Cr(VI) detection: When Cr(VI) is detected below 0.10 µg/cm², it's considered negative. A "grey zone" (0.10-0.13 µg/cm²) is inconclusive, requiring further testing. Above 0.13 µg/cm², it's considered positive. Unavoidable coating variations may influence results.

Test Processes
1. Test for Cd/Pb Content:
Weigh sample and place in a conical flask. Add digestion reagent. Digest samples on hot plate. Analyze by ICP-AES. Make up with deionized water and transfer the digestive solution into a volumetric flask.
2. Test for Hg Content:
Weigh sample and place in a microwave digestion vessel. Add digestion reagent. Digest samples in microwave digestion oven. Analyze by ICP-AES. Make up with deionized water and transfer the digestive solution into a volumetric flask.
3. Test for Chromium (VI) Content:
Nonmetal material: Add digestion reagent. Heat to 90~95°C for extraction. Filter and adjust pH. Add 1,5-diphenylcarbazide for color development. Analyze via UV-Vis. Result is DATA.
Metal material: Spot test. If Negative, proceed to Boiling water extraction, then add 1,5-diphenylcarbazide for color development. Result is DATA. If Positive, a red color indicates the presence of Cr(VI). If necessary, confirm with UV-Vis.
4. Test for DBP, BBP, DEHP, DIBP, PBB, PBDE Content:
Cutting / Preparation. Weigh sample. Sample solvent extraction. Filtration. Concentration / Dilution of extracted solution. Analyze by GC-MS.
