Temperature settings do not change
- If display says 'unlock', the thermostat owner has set a lockout. Verify you are in the correct mode (Heat, Cool, Em Heat, or Auto).
- If in the correct mode but unable to set temperature within the range (Heat 40-90°F / 4.5-32°C, Cool 50-99°F / 10-37°C), maximum or minimum setpoint limits may be restricting settings. Check with the installer.
