Note: Yealink recommends using only provided or approved accessories for optimal performance. Unapproved third-party accessories may reduce performance.
Assembling Your Phone

Attach the stand and adjust the angle of the touch screen:
Description: The phone comes with a stand that attaches to the back. The stand allows for adjustment of the screen's viewing angle, typically up to 45 degrees.

Optional: Attach the wall mount bracket:
Description: If wall mounting is desired, a wall mount bracket can be attached. The phone has a reversible tab that allows the handset to stay on-hook when mounted vertically. For detailed instructions, refer to the Yealink Wall Mount Quick Installation Guide.
Connecting Components

Connect the handset and optional headset:
Description: Connect the handset to the phone's handset port. If using a headset, connect it to the dedicated headset port.

Connect the network and power:
Description: Connect the phone to your network using an Ethernet cable. Power can be supplied via:
- AC Power Option: Connect the Yealink original power adapter (5V/2A) to the phone and a power outlet.
- PoE (Power over Ethernet) Option: Connect the phone to a PoE-compliant hub or switch using an Ethernet cable. In this case, an external power adapter is not needed.
Note: Use only the Yealink original power adapter (5V/2A). Third-party adapters may damage the phone. Ensure your PoE hub/switch is compliant if using that option.
Hardware Component Instructions
The phone features several components:
- 1 Power LED Indicator: Shows the power status.
- 2 Touch Screen: The primary interface for interaction.
- 3 HEADSET Key: To manage headset connections.
- 4 MUTE Key: To mute or unmute the microphone.
- 5 REDIAL Key: To redial the last number.
- 6 Speakerphone Key: To activate/deactivate speakerphone.
- 7 TRANSFER Key: To transfer calls.
- 8 HOLD Key: To place calls on hold.
- 9 MESSAGE Key: To access voicemail messages.
- 10 Volume Key: To adjust the volume.
- 11 Keypad: For dialing numbers and input.
- 12 Speaker: For audio output.
- 13 Reversible Tab: Aids in handset hook placement, especially for wall mounting.
- 14 Hookswitch: Manages handset connection status.
- 15 USB2.0 port: For connecting accessories.
Startup and Account Sign-in
Startup Process:
After connecting the phone to the network and supplying power, it will automatically start the initialization process. You will then be prompted to select a language before proceeding to the sign-in screen.
Sign into or Sign out of Your Microsoft Online Account:
You can manage your Microsoft online account directly from the phone.
To sign into your online account:
- Tap the 'Sign in' button.
- The phone will connect to the Company Portal automatically. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the sign-in.
Note: In shared mode, you can only place/receive calls and join scheduled Teams meetings.
To sign out of your online account:
- Tap the menu icon [☰] at the top-left corner of the touch screen.
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Sign Out'.
Phone Lock
Enable the phone lock feature to prevent unauthorized use.
To enable the phone lock feature:
- Tap the menu icon [☰] at the top-left corner of the touch screen.
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Device Settings' > 'Phone Lock'.
- Turn on 'Lock Enable'.
- Enter a new PIN in the 'New PIN' field.
- Confirm the PIN in the 'Confirm PIN' field.
- Select an 'Idle time-out' duration.
- Tap the checkmark icon [✔️] to accept the changes.
The phone will automatically lock after a period of inactivity.
To unlock the phone:
- Tap the lock icon [?] when the phone is locked.
- Enter the unlock PIN.
Change Your Presence Status
Your presence status indicates your availability to others. You can change it manually.
To change your presence status:
- Tap the menu icon [☰] at the top-left corner of the touch screen.
- Tap the presence status field and select your desired status (e.g., Available, Busy, Do Not Disturb).
Basic Call Features
To place a call:
- Tap the 'Calls' icon [?] on the screen.
- Search for a contact by entering their account information and select them.
- Tap the menu icon [☰] at the top-left corner, or pick up the handset, or press the speakerphone icon [?] to place the call.
To answer a call:
- Pick up the handset.
- Press the speakerphone icon [?].
- Press the headset icon [?].
- Tap the answer icon [✔️] on the touch screen.
To end a call:
- Hang up the handset or tap the end call icon [❌] on the screen.
- If using speakerphone, press the speakerphone icon [?] or tap the end call icon [❌].
- If using a headset, press the headset icon [?] or tap the end call icon [❌].
To redial a call:
When the phone is idle, press the redial icon [?] to dial the last dialed number.
To mute or un-mute a call:
During an active call, press the mute icon [?] to mute the microphone, and press it again to un-mute.
To place a call on hold:
During an active call, press or tap the hold icon [⏸️].
To resume the held call:
Press or tap the 'Resume' button.
Initiate a Conference Call:
By calling multiple contacts:
- Tap the menu icon [☰] on the touch screen.
- Search for and select participants. Multiple contacts can be added.
- Tap the menu icon [☰] at the top-left corner to initiate the conference.
By inviting other contacts:
- During an active call, tap the add participant icon [➕].
- Tap the 'Invite' or similar icon at the bottom-right corner.
- Search for and add members.
- Tap the confirm icon [✔️] to initiate the conference.
Call Forward:
Forward all incoming calls to a desired destination.
To enable call forward:
- Tap the menu icon [☰] at the top-left corner of the touch screen.
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Calls' > 'Call forwarding'.
- Turn on 'Call forwarding'.
- Tap the 'Forward to' field and select the desired forwarding type.
Incoming calls will be automatically forwarded.
Call Transfer:
To perform a blind transfer:
- During an active call, press or tap [➡️] > 'Transfer' > 'Transfer now'.
- Enter the contact information to search and select the desired contact.
The call is connected directly to the recipient.
To perform a consultative transfer:
- During an active call, tap [➡️] > 'Transfer' > 'Consult first'. The call is placed on hold.
- Search for and select the desired contact.
- After the party answers, tap the confirm icon [✔️] beside the transferred contact.
- Confirm the transfer when prompted by tapping 'OK' [✔️].
The call is transferred successfully after the recipient answers.
Teams Meeting
To schedule a meeting:
- Tap the 'Meetings' icon [?] on the touch screen.
- Tap the create meeting icon [➕].
- Enter the meeting title, add participants, and select start and end times. You can set it as an 'All day' meeting.
- Enter the location and select the repetition period.
- Set your availability by tapping the 'Show As' field and selecting 'Busy', 'Free', 'Tentative', or 'Out of office'.
- Optionally, enter a description for the meeting.
- Tap the schedule icon [✔️] to schedule the meeting.
To join a scheduled meeting:
- Tap the 'Meetings' icon [?] on the touch screen.
- Tap 'Join' [▶️] next to the desired meeting.

Operating Ambient Temperatures:
- Operating temperature: +32 to 104°F (0 to 40°C)
- Relative humidity: 5% to 90%, noncondensing
- Storage temperature: -22 to +160°F (-30 to +70°C)

Yealink's product warranty is limited to the unit itself when used normally according to operating instructions and system environment. Yealink is not liable for damage or loss resulting from product use, claims from third parties, financial damages, or lost profits.
Explanation of Symbols:
- DC symbol: Indicates DC voltage [⚡].
- WEEE Warning symbol: Indicates proper disposal of electrical and electronic equipment. Do not dispose of WEEE as unsorted municipal waste; collect separately [?️].
- RoHS: Indicates compliance with the EU Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive. Compliance statements are available via support@yealink.com.
Safety Instructions:
Save and read these instructions before use. General requirements include careful installation, keeping the device dry and clean, avoiding collision, not dismantling the device, and respecting legal statutes and rights of others.
Environmental Requirements:
Place the device in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, dust, inflammable objects, and heat sources.
Operating Requirements:
Do not let children operate the device unsupervised. Use only manufacturer-provided or authorized accessories. Ensure the power supply meets input voltage requirements. Keep hands dry when connecting/disconnecting cables. Avoid contact with liquids and water. Disconnect during thunderstorms. Unplug if the device is unused for extended periods. Disconnect immediately if smoke, abnormal noise, or smell occurs.
Troubleshooting:
Common issues include power supply problems (check plug, try another outlet), incorrect cable connections (ensure correct device and cable), and port dust (clean the port).
