Assembling Your Phone

  1. Attach the stand and adjust the angle of the touch screen:

Description: The phone comes with a stand that attaches to the back. The stand allows for adjustment of the screen's viewing angle, typically up to 45 degrees.

  2. Optional: Attach the wall mount bracket:

Description: If wall mounting is desired, a wall mount bracket can be attached. The phone has a reversible tab that allows the handset to stay on-hook when mounted vertically. For detailed instructions, refer to the Yealink Wall Mount Quick Installation Guide.

Connecting Components

  1. Connect the handset and optional headset:

Description: Connect the handset to the phone's handset port. If using a headset, connect it to the dedicated headset port.

  2. Connect the network and power:

Description: Connect the phone to your network using an Ethernet cable. Power can be supplied via:

    • AC Power Option: Connect the Yealink original power adapter (5V/2A) to the phone and a power outlet.
    • PoE (Power over Ethernet) Option: Connect the phone to a PoE-compliant hub or switch using an Ethernet cable. In this case, an external power adapter is not needed.

Note: Use only the Yealink original power adapter (5V/2A). Third-party adapters may damage the phone. Ensure your PoE hub/switch is compliant if using that option.
