SNZB-02D Zigbee LCD Smart Temperature Humidity Sensor

Introduction

The SNZB-02D is a smart temperature and humidity sensor featuring an LCD screen. It allows users to view real-time temperature and humidity readings directly on the screen and monitor living conditions through the eWeLink App. The sensor offers accurate measurements with ultra-high precision, supports switching between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) units, stores and exports historical data, provides alerts and notifications, and can be integrated with voice commands and smart scenes for home automation.

Pairing with SONOFF Zigbee Gateway

1. Download the eWeLink App

   Download the "eWeLink" App from the [Google Play Store icon] or [Apple App Store icon].

2. Power On

   Pull out the battery insulation sheet to power the device on. If your device is a no-battery version, please install the CR2450 battery to power it on.

3. Pair SONOFF Zigbee Gateway to your eWeLink Account

   Ensure your SONOFF Zigbee gateway is paired with your eWeLink account.

4. Add the Device to Zigbee Bridge

   In the eWeLink App, navigate to your Zigbee Bridge and tap "Add". Then, long-press the button on the SNZB-02D sensor for 5 seconds until the [Zigbee logo] signal icon flashes. The device will enter pairing mode and wait to be added. Pairing is active for 30 seconds. Upon successful addition, the [Zigbee logo] signal icon will remain illuminated. If pairing fails, move the device closer to the Bridge and attempt to add it again.

Effective Communication Distance Verification

Place the device in your desired location. Press the device's pairing button. If the signal indicator on the screen remains on, it signifies that the device is within the effective communication range of the Zigbee network (connected to a router device or gateway).

• Double-press: Switch unit readings (factory default is °C).
• Long-press for 5s: Restore factory settings and enter Zigbee network pairing mode again.

Default Comfort Level Indicators

The sensor indicates comfort levels based on temperature and humidity:

• Dry: Humidity below 40% RH
• Wet: Humidity above 60% RH
• Cold: Temperature below 19°C (66.2°F)
• Hot: Temperature above 27°C (80.6°F)

Installation

The sensor can be installed in two primary ways:

1. Place on the desktop: The device can be placed directly on a flat surface.
2. Install with base:
   • Attach to a metal surface using the magnetic base.
   • Stick onto a wall using the included 3M adhesive base.

Battery Replacement

To replace the battery, carefully open the device casing and insert a new CR2450 button cell battery, ensuring correct polarity.

Warnings

Battery Warning: Do not ingest battery. Chemical Burn Hazard. This product contains a coin/button cell battery. If swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children. If you suspect batteries may have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
