General Installation Procedure
The installation process involves several key stages:
- Mounting the rotary mechanism onto the circuit breaker.

Mounting the Rotary Mechanism (Steps 1a, 1b, 2b)
This section details how to attach the rotary mechanism to the circuit breaker body.
For iC60, iC60 + Vigi iC60, and IID breakers:
- Align the rotary mechanism with the circuit breaker.
- Secure the mechanism by pressing until it clicks into place. This is indicated by prompts like "[Click! Press! Snap!]".
- Ensure all connections are firm and secure.

- Install the shaft guide and support components.
Shaft Installation
- Insert the rotary shaft through the enclosure panel and into the mechanism.
- The required shaft length is specified as 494 mm - A.
- Align the shaft with the mounting points on the enclosure door.
Handle Mechanism Attachment
- Mount the external handle mechanism to the enclosure door.
- Secure this mechanism with screws, often with a torque specification of 1.5 N.m.
Attaching the Rotary Handle (Steps 4a, 5b)
This is the final step for connecting the user-interface handle.
- Attach the rotary handle to the shaft. Ensure the handle is initially set to the [OFF] position.
- The handle is designed for shafts with a diameter range of Ø 5...8 mm.
- Secure the handle onto the shaft.
- A locking feature is available, allowing a padlock to be attached for safety.
Operation and Testing (Steps 5a, 6a, 5b, 6b)
