WARNING: Never open the blast material bag when the tool is connected to compressed air.

Description
The sandblaster kit includes the following components:
- 1. Quick-release coupling: Connects the air hose to the tool.
- 2. Container for blast material: Holds the abrasive media.
- 3. Bag for blast material: Feeds the abrasive media into the tool.
- 4. Nozzle for internal corners: For blasting in tight internal corners.
- 5. Nozzle for edges: For precise blasting along edges.
- 6. Nozzle for external corners: For blasting external corners.
- 7. Nozzle for general use: For general blasting applications.
Operation
Compressed air supply
- Hold the mouth of the nozzle firmly against the workpiece.
- Press the trigger for a few seconds each time. Keep checking the result on the workpiece.
- Switch off by releasing the trigger.
- Disconnect the compressed air supply when you have finished.
NOTE: Shake the tool frequently to make sure the blast material is properly drawn up.
Blasting
- Fill the container with blast material.
- Fit the bag firmly on the tool with the supplied clip.
- Fit the required nozzle on the tool.
- 4 nozzles are included: for general use, for edges, for internal and external corners. Use the nozzle that best suits the actual job.
- Connect the air hose to the quick-release coupling on the tool.
- Adjust the air pressure from 5.5 to 6.9 bar, depending on the grain size of the blast material and the required surface finish.
- Never point the mouth towards persons, animals, delicate objects or anything else that can be damaged.
- Place the mouth against a scrap piece of metal and press the trigger to feed out any impurities in the feed pipe.
Using the blast template
- Fit the nozzle for general use on the tool.
- Align the required template to the part of the workpiece to be blasted.
- Hold the mouth of the nozzle firmly against the template.
- Carry out the blasting as described in the above steps.
