3. Charge and Fit Headset
Three ways to charge your headset
Your headset has enough power for initial use, but can be charged at any time.
- Align the magnetic snap-fit areas of the headset and charging device.
- Connect the charging device to a USB wall charger or laptop. Charging takes approximately 90 minutes. LEDs turn off when fully charged.
Charging Options:
- USB cable to PC or USB wall charger
- Charge case to PC or USB wall charger (The charge case can recharge the headset twice on the go.)
- Charge stand to PC or USB wall charger
Fit your headset
Replace the eartip for a better fit:
- Push in the eartip and rotate it left to unlock.
- Align the new eartip into the slot.
- Push in the eartip and rotate it right to lock it in place.
To wear the headset on your other ear, rotate the boom upwards, twist it around so the eartip is on the other side, then lower the boom.
4. Use and Reset Smart Sensors™
Use sensors
Smart Sensors react to wearing or removing the headset:
- Putting on headset: Answers incoming calls, transfers active calls from your phone, or resumes streaming audio.
- Taking off headset: Transfers active calls to your phone handset, pauses streaming audio, or locks the Call button to prevent accidental calls.
Try voice commands
Tap the Voice button, wait for the prompt, and say a command. Say "What can I say?" to hear the full list of available commands.
Reset sensors
If sensors are not working correctly, reset them:
- While wearing the headset, tap the Call button to test sensors. A "talk time voice alert" means sensors are working. A tone indicates they need resetting.
- To reset, charge your headset and place it on a flat, non-metallic surface for over 10 seconds.
