IKEA Breda Buurtkadoos Voucher Terms and Conditions

By participating in the IKEA promotion, you accept these terms and conditions. Please also read our privacy statement, which explains how we process the personal data you share with us when you participate in the IKEA promotion.

1. Who is organizing this promotion?

The organizer of this promotion is IKEA B.V., Laan van Decima 1, (2031 CX) Haarlem (hereinafter: “IKEA”). This promotion is only valid at the IKEA Breda store (IKEA Breda, Kruisweide 1, 4814 RW Breda) and cannot be redeemed online.

2. What is the promotion period?

The promotion period can be found on the voucher.

3. How can you participate in the IKEA promotion?

You can participate in this promotion when you have received the voucher in the Buurtkadoos box. This €10 voucher can be spent during the promotion period with a purchase of at least €100 at IKEA Breda. This promotion is only for IKEA Family members. If you are not yet an IKEA Family member, sign up here.

4. What does the IKEA promotion entail?

IKEA Breda has established a collaboration with Buurtkadoos. As part of this collaboration, recently moved residents receive a package with vouchers, including an IKEA voucher worth €10 in shop credit.

• The voucher is only valid at IKEA Breda.
• The voucher can only be used in combination with your IKEA Family card.
• You can use the voucher by presenting it at the checkout.
• Only 1 voucher can be used per purchase, and the voucher can only be used once.
• The minimum purchase amount is €100.
• The IKEA voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. IKEA will not refund any money for purchases below the value of the IKEA voucher.
• You cannot spend the voucher in the Swedish restaurant, the Swedish bistro, and the Swedish Food Market.
• If you return IKEA products purchased with the IKEA voucher, you will receive the value back on an IKEA credit card. This credit card will have the same validity period as the original voucher.
• It is not possible to pay for IKEA gift cards, services, or home delivery with the IKEA voucher.
• The IKEA voucher cannot be used retroactively, such as on previously placed orders, completed purchases, or after the promotion period has ended.

6. Where can I go with questions or complaints about the IKEA promotion?

When you have questions or complaints about the IKEA promotion, we ask you to contact us via our customer service.

7. And some other points

We pay a lot of attention to the organization of this promotion. Nevertheless, it may happen that the information about it is not complete or incorrect, or that we have to adjust the promotion and/or terms and conditions or stop the promotion prematurely. We are not liable for errors in the information, changes or discontinuation of the promotion, or any other damage resulting from or in connection with this promotion.

We may disqualify a participant if we believe that a participant is not acting in accordance with these terms and conditions or is otherwise acting unlawfully.

If a provision of these terms and conditions is void or voidable, this will not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions. We will replace the void or voidable provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the original intention.

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. The competent court is the court in Amsterdam.
