Important Safety Recommendations
Safety is paramount when installing and using a pool fence. Adhere to the following guidelines:
- Ensure the barrier completely isolates the pool and all access points.
- All sides of the pool must be protected, either by the fence or other fixed elements complying with safety standards (e.g., NF P 90 -306).
- Maintain a minimum clearance of 1.10m between the barrier and any fixed or movable point of attachment.
- Install the fence on a stable surface, avoiding grass or sand.
- We recommend a minimum distance of 2 feet from the water level for optimal efficiency and maintenance access.
- Always read and follow all warnings and instructions provided with the product. Failure to comply can lead to serious injury or damage.
Installation Overview
The installation process involves several key steps:
- Site Planning and Marking: Determine the fence location, ensuring it is at least 3 feet from the pool edge. Mark the perimeter using a tape measure or garden hose.
- Determine Starting Point: Mark the first hole for the initial post using the provided template.
- Mark Other Holes: Use the template to mark subsequent hole locations, typically 36 inches apart.
- Drilling and Inserting Ground Sleeves: Drill holes using the specified drill bit size (ø16) and insert the plastic sleeves. Use a piece of wood to gently hammer sleeves into place.
- Assemble Fence Parts: Connect the fence mesh sections and install the posts into the ground sleeves, ensuring a neat and straight alignment.
- Finishing & Latching: Secure the fence by connecting the poles and engaging the latch mechanism.

Maintenance and Safety Precautions
Regularly inspect all fence components for damage. Replace any damaged parts immediately. Never use unapproved parts. Always ensure that access points are closed and locked when the pool area is not supervised. Constant and active supervision of children near the pool is crucial, even if they are able to swim. Learn basic rescue techniques and keep emergency contact numbers readily available.
