1. Remote Control
First-time use: Insert the 2 x AAA batteries (included) into the remote control before use.
Replace the Remote Control Battery: [Diagram description: Shows steps 1, 2, 3 for battery replacement.]
Battery Safety: Do not expose the battery or battery pack to fire or other direct heat sources. ?
Remote Control Functions:
- 1 (ON/STANDBY) ?: Switch the unit between ON and STANDBY mode.
- 2 (SOURCE) ▶️: Select the play mode.
- 3 SURR ?: Adjust the surround ON/OFF.
- 4 (BT) ?: Select the Bluetooth mode.
- 5 EQ ?️: Select MUSIC/MOVIE/NEWS/SPORT/NIGHT sound effect.
- 6 / : Skip to previous/next track in BT/USB mode.
- 7 VOL+/- [volume-up]/[volume-down]: Increase/decrease the volume level.
- 8 II [play-pause]: Play/pause/resume playback in BT/USB mode. Press and hold to activate the pairing function in Bluetooth mode or disconnect the existing paired Bluetooth device.
- 9 BASS+/- [bass-up]/[bass-down]: Increase/decrease the bass level.
- 10 TREBLE+/- [treble-up]/[treble-down]: Increase/decrease the treble level.
- 11 DIMMER+/- [brightness-up]/[brightness-down]: Adjust display brightness.
- 12 (MUTE) ?: Mute or resume the volume.
2. Identifying the Parts
Main Unit
- 1 Display Window: Shows the current status.
- 2 Remote Control Sensor: Receives signal from the remote control.
- 3 (ON/OFF) Button ?: Switches the unit between ON and STANDBY mode.
- 4 (SOURCE) Button ▶️: Selects the play mode.
- 5 +/- (Vol+/Vol-) Buttons [volume-up]/[volume-down]: Increase/decrease the volume level.
- 6 Wall Mount: For installing wall mounting screws.
- 7 AC IN Socket ⚡: Connects to the power supply.
- 8 USB Socket ?: For inserting a USB device to play music.
- 9 OPTICAL Socket ?: Connects to an optical audio output on the TV.
- 10 AUX Socket ?: Connects to an external audio device.
- 11 HDMI ARC Socket ?: Connects to a TV via HDMI cable.
- 12 COAXIAL Socket ?: Connects to a coaxial audio output on the TV.
Wireless Subwoofer
- 1 PAIR Indicator ✔️: Lights up solidly when pairing succeeds.
- 2 Reset Button ?: Press to clear pairing records.
- 3 AC IN Socket ⚡: Connects to power supply.
3. Connections
Before connecting the AC power cord, ensure you have completed all other connections.

Supported connections include OPTICAL, AUX, AUDIO OUT, HDMI ARC, and COAXIAL.
4. Basic Operation
Standby/On
- When first connected to the mains socket, the main unit is in STANDBY mode.
- Press the ? (ON/OFF) button on the unit or remote to switch ON.
- Press the ? (ON/OFF) button again to switch back to STANDBY mode.
- Disconnect the mains plug for complete OFF.
Auto Wake
If a TV or external device (AUX / OPTICAL / COAXIAL / HDMI ARC) is connected, the unit switches on automatically when the TV or device is switched on.
How to Enable Auto Wake:
- Short press the ▶️ (SOURCE) button and [volume-up] (VOL +) button on the unit to enable or disable Auto Wake.
- Auto Wake On: White and green LEDs blink twice sequentially. In STANDBY, the RED LED breathes.
- Auto Wake Off: White and red LEDs blink twice sequentially. In STANDBY, the LED is solid red.
Automatic Power Off Function
The unit automatically turns to STANDBY mode after approximately 15 minutes if the TV or external unit is disconnected or switched off.
- To switch off completely, remove the mains plug.
- Turn the unit off completely to save energy when not in use.

Select Modes
Press the ▶️ (SOURCE) button repeatedly on the unit or remote to select OPTICAL, COAXIAL, HDMI ARC, BT (Bluetooth), USB, or AUX mode. The selected mode appears on the display.
Adjust the Bass/Treble Level
- Press TREBLE +/- [treble-up]/[treble-down] to increase or decrease treble.
- Press BASS+/- [bass-up]/[bass-down] to increase or decrease bass.
- After 3 seconds, the display returns to the selected mode. Press VOL+/- to adjust volume.
5. Bluetooth Operation

- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Select 'Hisense HS212F' from the list of available devices.
- The device will indicate 'Connected' when paired successfully.
6. Wall Mounting

Follow the instructions and diagrams to securely mount the soundbar on your wall.
Additional Functions
Turn the Surround Sound ON/OFF
Press the ? (SURR) button on the remote control to turn surround sound on or off.
Adjust the Volume
Press the +/- buttons on the unit or VOL+/- [volume-up]/[volume-down] on the remote control to adjust the volume.
Press the ? (MUTE) button to mute or resume listening. Press ? again or use VOL+/- to resume.
Adjust the Brightness
Press the DIMMER+/- [brightness-up]/[brightness-down] buttons on the remote control to select display brightness level.
Select a Preset Sound Effect
While playing, press the ?️ (EQ) button on the remote control to select desired preset equalizers: MUSIC, MOVIE, NEWS, SPORT, NIGHT.
