About Folding
If folding is needed after playing, the two sets of mahjong tiles must be taken out and put away before folding. If there is a card in the machine when folding, it will cause the mahjong tiles to fall into the machine and get stuck.
Desktop Cleaning and Tiles Collection
- Wait for the previous set of tiles to be shuffled.
- Press any lifting key to raise the operation panel.
- Push the tiles on the table into the big plate.
- Press and hold both dice keys at the same time, and wait for initialization.
- Shut down after initialization is completed.
Maintenance Instructions
This section provides electrical maintenance knowledge for reference by maintenance staff.
Common Faults and Cause Analysis:
- Power supply connected, but no power on motherboard: Check for burnt fuse, likely caused by motor wire short circuit. Inspect motor wires for cuts or damaged insulation.
- Operation panel indicator light flickers or keys malfunction: Poor contact or corrosion in the connector between the operation panel signal line and the mainboard.
- Dice motor does not work: Dice motor may be stuck, or the drive circuit is burnt.
- Motor does not work or bidirectional motor rotates in only one direction: Poor contact between the motor connector and the mainboard, or damage to the corresponding drive circuit.
- Motor does not stop after reaching the set position: Poor contact of the corresponding sensor connector to the motherboard, or sensor aging.
- Shuffle error: Dirty cards, aging or insensitive sensors.
- Lifting plate or lifting rod stops at the wrong position: Worn transmission mechanism requiring readjustment.
- Voice is mute or low: Poor connector contact or corrosion in the voice potentiometer.
- Wrong shuffle gear: Poor internal contact of the gear puller or poor contact with the mainboard connector.
- Incorrect number of tiles for a player: Head sensor performance degradation (too many tiles) or faulty double counter (too few tiles).
Basic Operating Sequence
1. Prepare
Remove the edge cover and lift the cane. Select the number of tiles using the table below. After adjusting the gear, press the two corresponding dice keys for 5 seconds to reset (or turn off for 5 minutes). For special play, contact the company for customization.

Put down the cane and replace the edge cover.
2. Operation
Press the power switch. When the switch light is on and the SET reset indicator light on the central round door of the desktop is on, or the celler indicator light flashes in turn, the machine is powered on.
Press the START lifting button on the central lifting door to open it automatically. Place the first pair of mahjong tiles, then press the START lifting button again. The center lifting door will close, and the machine will start shuffling. After completion, the SET reset indicator lights up. Press the START lifting button again, the central lifting door will open. Place the second pair of mahjong tiles, then press the START lifting button. The center lifting door will close. The first pair of tiles rises, and the game begins.
Notes:
- (1) When the SET reset indicator is on, press any START button.
- (2) When the machine is shuffling normally, press two START buttons simultaneously.

Gear adjustment instructions:
- Press and hold two adjacent dice keys for approximately 5 seconds to enter gear shifting mode.
- Press the upgrade key +/- to change the gear.
- Press one of the dice keys to confirm the shift, completing the process.
Daily Maintenance
To prolong the service life of the machine, perform regular maintenance:
- Avoid placing the mahjong machine in direct sunlight, wind, frost, rain, snow, or dusty environments to prevent performance degradation and shorten its lifespan.
- Ensure the desktop is parallel to the ground without excessive tilt when placing the machine.
- Keep the desktop clean.
- Do not scratch the desktop flannel.
- Prevent liquids from entering the mahjong machine to avoid damaging the machine or rusting mechanical transmission parts.
- Avoid fierce collisions and hitting the machine hard to prevent damage.
- Clean the mahjong tiles regularly, keeping them dry, smooth, and clean.
- Do not place sundries into the big plate to prevent damage to the transmission mechanism from falling sundries.
- Regularly have professional maintenance staff check the internal circuit and clean the dust on the surface of the counting sensor with professional tools. (Users should not attempt this themselves to avoid injury).
Precautions for Use
- Do not place your hand into the big plate to avoid scratching your fingers.
- Do not open the desktop while the mahjong machine is working to avoid accidental injury.
- Do not place your hand inside the machine while it is powered on to avoid electric shock or injury from sudden mechanism movement.
- Do not let children play with hard mahjong tiles to avoid injury or accidental ingestion.
- The mahjong machine is intended for healthy entertainment only; gambling is prohibited.
