To prepare milk-based beverages, connect the milk tube (H) to the One Touch Cappuccino unit (G2) and place the other end in a milk container. The machine will first froth the milk, then dispense coffee.

Important: Clean the milk tube and nozzle after each use to ensure hygiene and optimal foam quality. Rinse the machine after milk-based drinks or upon shutdown.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, consult the following:

Abnormal grinder noiseCheck for foreign objects in the grinder (L).
Water under the machineEnsure drip tray (E) is correctly positioned and not full. Wait 15 seconds after coffee dispensing before removing the water tank (B).
Hot water from coffee spouts/steam wand after shutdownThis may be a normal automatic rinse cycle.
Grind adjustment knob (J) is stiffTurn the knob only when the grinder (L) is operating.
No coffee dispensedCheck for incidents during preparation. Machine may have reset. Ensure bean hopper (F) has coffee.
Using ground coffee instead of beansVacuum out any ground coffee from the bean hopper (F).
Steam outlet partially/completely blockedDismantle nozzle, clean parts, check nozzle hole. Use cleaning needle if needed. Run milk rinse cycle. Check steam outlet for blockage. If persistent, use mineral water and run multiple steam cycles.
No steam outputCheck steam outlet for blockage. If persistent, try the mineral water method described above.
Steam escaping from drip tray grilleThis can be normal depending on preparation. Ensure cleaning tablet chute (K) is closed.
Steam under bean hopper lidEnsure the cleaning tablet chute (K) is closed.
Grounds collector prompt when not fullThe machine prompts based on a set number of coffees, not just fullness.
Descale prompt not appearingDescale is prompted after significant steam circuit usage.
Coffee grounds in collectorNormal for small amounts of grounds to deposit. Machine is designed to evacuate excess.
Warning message remains after emptying collectorReinstall collector (C) correctly and follow on-screen instructions.
Warning message remains after filling water tankCheck water tank (B) positioning. Ensure the float (I) moves freely. Check and unblock the float if necessary.
Machine does not suction milk / poor foamEnsure One Touch Cappuccino unit (G2) is assembled correctly. Clean the mixer if blocked. Check steam outlet for blockage. Ensure milk tube (H) is not kinked and is submerged in milk. Rinse and clean the unit. Use fresh, cold milk.
Milk or water not flowing correctlyEnsure One Touch Cappuccino unit (G2) is correctly positioned.
Coffee flowing too slowlyAdjust grind fineness (J) to coarser. Run rinse cycles. Run the automatic cleaning program. Change the water filter.
Milk traces in Americano/hot waterPerform milk rinse, or dismantle and clean the One Touch Cappuccino unit (G2).
Coffee too light or not strong enoughCheck bean hopper (F) for coffee. Reduce preparation volume, increase strength using Aroma+. Adjust grind fineness (J) to finer. Prepare in two cycles (x2). Rinse coffee circuit before brewing.
Espresso/coffee not hot enoughIncrease coffee temperature in settings. Preheat cup with hot water.
Tea not hot enough or too hotAdjust water temperature in settings.
