Functional Description
Mounting
The detector is suitable for surface mounting on all types of ceilings.
Configuration
The detector is DALI-2 certified (in accordance with standard EN/IEC 62386-301/302/303/304) and must be connected to a DALI bus of a DALI-2 application controller (BMS system). The detector must be commissioned via the BMS software.
Commissioning App
The local sensitivity setting can be configured in 4 levels using the app and a bidirectional Bluetooth® communication between a smartphone or tablet and the detector. The detector's firmware can be updated via the app.
Bluetooth® Communication
Bluetooth® communication must be deactivated via the BMS software.
PIN Code Protection
The detector can be protected with a 4-digit PIN code in the app to prevent unauthorized control or modification of its settings.
Wire Connectors
The wires are connected using push-in connectors.
Event Log
The event log in the app displays all changes made to the settings of a specific detector.
Sensitivity
The 360° detection range can be divided into three sectors, each covering 120°. The sensitivity of these sectors can be set independently at 4 levels, and one sector can be completely deactivated.
Documentation
Documentation is available digitally via an online portal. This portal also allows storing, revising, and sharing parameters in PDF and/or Excel format. Detectors can be organized into specific projects or groups. Existing detector settings can be used as a template for new detectors.
Detection Range
The detection range is documented in accordance with standard EN/IEC 63180.
