Safety Warnings

Always follow the precautions below when using the device. This will reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and accidents.

Caution: To avoid electric shock, do not use the product in the rain or near water.

  • Before maintenance, unplug the power adapter from the device.
  • Keep away from high heat sources and avoid direct sunlight.
  • Protect the adapter cable. Route the cable so that it cannot be stepped on or damaged by objects placed on or near it. Pay special attention to the cable at the device's connector.
  • Use only the power adapter supplied with the device. Using a different adapter will void the warranty. Unplug the adapter from the wall socket when not using it to charge the device.
  • Keep the phone and accessories out of reach of children.
  • Keep the phone away from moisture, as it can damage the device. Do not use chemical/chemical substances to clean the device.
  • Only authorized personnel (service center) may disassemble the device.
  • In case of water ingress, turn off the device immediately. Do not remove the back cover and do not use heating/drying devices such as hairdryers, microwave ovens, etc., for drying.
  • If you have any questions, contact the service center.
  • Do not use the device in extreme temperature conditions (below -10°C and above +55°C), as this may shorten the device's lifespan and damage the battery.
  • Do not drop, knock, or shake the device, as this may cause damage to the device's motherboard.
  • Do not repair or have the phone repaired by unauthorized service centers.
  • With prolonged use or continuous load, the phone may heat up. This is normal.
  • Do not bend or replace the device's internal built-in antenna. If the antenna is damaged, reception may decrease and SAR radiation may exceed permitted limits.
  • It is not recommended to hold the device near the parts where the antennas are located, as covering them may affect antenna efficiency and cause higher transmission power.
  • To avoid interference with the antenna, do not use metal or metal-covered cases.
  • To prevent display damage, do not place heavy objects on the phone.
  • Connecting to the internet or other networks, such as computers, may result in viruses, unwanted applications, or other harmful programs being installed on the device. Please only accept/open connection requests or downloaded files that originate from a secure source.
  • Back up your important data to avoid data loss.
  • This device contains a Lithium-Ion or Polymer battery. Improper handling may cause it to ignite or cause burns. Never disassemble the battery to avoid this.

  • If you wish to use the phone while driving, use a headset or hands-free device.
  • Ensure that neither your phone nor your hands-free device obstructs the function of your car's airbags or other safety equipment.
  • Do not use the device in potentially explosive environments, outdoors during a storm. Be careful when cleaning the device; do not use chemicals or tools that can cause scratches.
  • Do not use the device for purposes other than its intended use!
  • Do not distribute copyrighted content.
  • Do not use a damaged charger or battery. Keep devices dry. Do not store the device near magnetic fields.
  • Ensure maximum lifespan for the battery and charger.
