Vacuuming

  1. Setup Auto Empty Station

Remove the foam blocks beside the bumper before use. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the auto empty station (1.6ft/0.5m on sides, 4.9ft/1.5m in front) for RoboVac to return without assistance. If RoboVac cannot return, contact Eufy Customer Service.

Keep the auto empty station plugged in. The LED on the auto empty station is solid blue when connected to AC power.

  2. Charge RoboVac

Fully charge RoboVac before use. The LED on RoboVac pulses blue while charging and is solid blue when fully charged.

  3. Download EufyHome App

Download the EufyHome app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the in-app instructions to complete Wi-Fi connection. Refer to the Owner's Manual for details on using the app.

Mopping

  1. Prepare for Mopping

Before emptying the dust box, ensure the mopping module has been removed.

Attach the waterproof pad to the charging base.

    Wet the cloth before mopping.

  2. Install Side Brushes

Ensure the left side brush (marked 'L') and the right side brush (marked 'R') are installed correctly.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure optimal performance of your RoboVac.

Important Tips

  1. Preparation

Remove power cords and small objects from the floor that may entangle RoboVac.

Fold tasseled edges of rugs underneath to prevent tangling. Avoid cleaning dark-colored high-pile rugs or rugs thicker than 1.02 in / 26 mm, as they may cause RoboVac to malfunction.

  2. No-Go Zones

It is recommended to set a No-Go zone or a virtual boundary in the EufyHome app in front of fireplaces and certain areas (e.g., air vents) that may cause damage to RoboVac if entered.

  3. Wet Areas

Keep RoboVac away from wet areas during cleaning.

  4. Obstacles

RoboVac may climb on top of objects less than 0.79 in / 20 mm in height. Remove these objects if possible.

  5. Anti-Drop Sensors

Anti-drop sensors prevent RoboVac from falling down stairs and steep drops. Sensors are less effective if dirty or used on carpeted, reflective, or dark-colored floors. Place physical barriers or set No-Go zones in the EufyHome app to block off areas where RoboVac may fall.
