Using Your RoboVac
Charging
Fully charge RoboVac before use. The LED indicator on RoboVac breathes blue or purple while charging, and is solid blue when fully charged.
Charging Base Placement and Operation
Place the charging base against a wall. Ensure there is at least 1.6ft (0.5m) of clearance on both sides and in front of the charging base, and 4.9ft (1.5m) of clearance in front. This ensures the RoboVac can return to charge properly.
Always keep the Charging Base plugged in; otherwise, RoboVac will not automatically return.
When the Charging Base connects to AC power, the LED indicator on the Charging Base turns off.
? Tip: If you cannot remove objects obstructing the charging path, check if RoboVac can return to the Charging Base normally. If not, contact eufy customer service for assistance.
Using the EufyHome App
Download the EufyHome app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the Wi-Fi connection. You can then control RoboVac via this app. Refer to the Owner's Manual for more details.
Using the Mopping System
Important: Do not use the mopping mode on a carpeted floor.
Wet the cloth before mopping.
If you want RoboVac to mop without vacuuming, select "Mop-Only" mode in the EufyHome app.
Important Tips
When using for the first time, observe your RoboVac's operation and resolve any potential issues.
- Obstacle Removal: Remove power cords and small objects from the floor that may entangle RoboVac.
- Rug Edges: Fold tasseled edges of area rugs underneath to prevent tangling RoboVac. Avoid cleaning very dark-colored high-pile rugs or rugs thicker than 1.02 in/26 mm, as they may cause RoboVac to malfunction.
- Clearance for Movement: Keep RoboVac away from spaces lower than 4.17 in/106 mm to prevent it from getting stuck. If necessary, place a physical barrier to block off these problem areas.
- Wet Areas: Keep RoboVac away from wet areas during cleaning.
- Low Objects: RoboVac may climb on top of objects less than 0.67 in/17 mm in height (this height is reduced if the mopping module is installed). Remove these objects if possible.
- Anti-Drop Sensors: Anti-drop sensors help prevent RoboVac from tumbling down stairs and steep drops in most cases. Note that sensors are less effective if dirty or used on carpeted, reflective, or very dark-colored floors. It is recommended to place physical barriers to block off areas where RoboVac may fall.
- Hazardous Areas: Place physical barriers in front of fireplaces and areas that may cause damage to RoboVac if entered.
