DANGER: The following points indicate an imminently hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.

This is an electric appliance. Do not install the product in a place where it is exposed to splash of water or humidity such as dew formation. When installing in a bathroom with a bathtub, install a ventilator to facilitate ventilation.

? [No damaged cord/plug] Do not use damaged cord, plug, and do not connect power while no water supply. It can cause short circuit, fire, or electric shock.

? [Handle cord carefully] Handle power cord carefully and do not bend or pull it forcibly. It can cause fire or electric shock. It can cause water leakage from the main body of piping.

? [No loose outlet] Do not use loose or unstable outlet and do not exceed the rated voltage of the outlet or the distributor. It can cause fire or electric shock.

? [No stepping on seat] Do not step on, shock, or place heavy objects on the seat, cover, or main body. You can hurt yourself. It can cause breakage or damage. It can cause water leakage through a broken toilet.

? [No spraying water on unit] Do not splash water or detergent on the main body or power plug. It can cause fire or electric shock.

✋ [Wet hands] Do not touch the power cord with wet hands. It can cause electric shock.

? [No fire near product] Do not place fire such as cigarette near the product. It can cause fire, electric shock, or injury.

?❌ [No disassembly] Do not open the product to repair or remodel. Only qualified service personnel should service this product. It can cause fire, electric shock, or malfunction.

⚠️ [Grounding] Make sure the product is properly grounded. If the product is not grounded, it can cause electric shock or electric leakage. For grounding work, consult an electric technician nearby.

? [No damaged cord/plug] Do not use damaged cord, plug, and do not connect power while no water supply. It can cause short circuit, fire or electric shock.

When installing the strainer, connect it tightly. Otherwise, it can cause water leakage. When water leaks, close the shutoff valve to stop water supply. (Turn the valve clockwise with screwdriver.)

? [No hand/clothing near outlet] Do not place hand or clothes on the warm air outlet. It can cause burn, electric shock, or fire.

Unplug the main power cable when you fix it. It can cause electric shock.

Grounding Instructions

1. This product should be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This product is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

DANGER: Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock.

If repair or replacement of the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the grounding wire to either flat blade terminal. The wire with insulation having an outer surface that is green with or without yellow stripes is the grounding wire.

Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.

2. This product is for use on a nominal 120 V circuit, and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch A in Figure 1. A temporary adapter, which looks like the adapter illustrated in sketches B and C, may be used to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in sketch B if a properly grounded outlet is not available. The temporary adapter should be used only until a properly grounded outlet (sketch A) can be installed by a qualified electrician. The green colored rigid ear, lug, and the like extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box cover. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be held in place by the screw.

3. If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a three wire extension cord that has a three-blade grounding plug, and a three-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the product. Replace or repair a damaged cord.

4. This product is factory equipped with a specific electronic cord and plug to permit connection to a proper electronic circuit. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product. Do not modify the plug provided; if not, it will not fit the outlet, have the proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. If the product must be reconnected for use on a different type of electronic circuit, the reconnection should be made by qualified service personnel.
