Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach part AA (metal rail) to the top edge of part B (rectangular panel) using 34 screws (AB). Attach part AA to the top edge of part C (tall side panel) using screws (AB). Attach part AA to the top edge of two parts D (base frame) using screws (AB).
Step 2
Attach part E (rectangular panel) to the side of part C using screws (AB). Attach part K (drawer side panel) to part J (drawer side panel) using screws (R). Attach part F (drawer slide assembly) to the inside of part C using screws (R). Attach part G (drawer slide assembly) to the inside of part E using screws (R).
Step 3
Connect two side panels (A) to the base panel (B) using 8 screws (P). Insert cam lock nuts (Q) into the pre-drilled holes on part A and part B. Insert cam lock screws (P) into the corresponding holes on part A and part B, then tighten the cam lock nuts (Q) to secure.
Step 4
Attach part C (tall side panel) to the base assembly (D) using 2 screws (P). Insert cam lock nuts (Q) into the pre-drilled holes on part C and part D. Insert cam lock screws (P) into the corresponding holes on part C and part D, then tighten the cam lock nuts (Q) to secure.
Step 5
Attach part C (tall side panel) to the base assembly (D) using 2 screws (P). Insert cam lock nuts (Q) into the pre-drilled holes on part C and part D. Insert cam lock screws (P) into the corresponding holes on part C and part D, then tighten the cam lock nuts (Q) to secure.
Step 6
Connect part B (rectangular panel) to the side panels (C) and base (D) using 4 screws (P). Insert cam lock nuts (Q) into the pre-drilled holes on part B and part C/D. Insert cam lock screws (P) into the corresponding holes on part B and part C/D, then tighten the cam lock nuts (Q) to secure.
Step 7
Attach part C (top panel) to the assembled frame using 6 screws (AB). Insert cam lock nuts (Q) into the pre-drilled holes on part C and the frame. Insert cam lock screws (AB) into the corresponding holes on part C and the frame, then tighten the cam lock nuts (Q) to secure.
Step 8
Attach part H (wooden support piece) to the front of drawer slide assemblies F and G using 4 screws (P). Insert cam lock nuts (Q) into the pre-drilled holes on part H and the drawer slide assemblies. Insert cam lock screws (P) into the corresponding holes on part H and the drawer slide assemblies, then tighten the cam lock nuts (Q) to secure.
Step 9
Attach part E (rectangular panel) to the top of the assembled frame using 2 screws (P). Insert cam lock nuts (Q) into the pre-drilled holes on part E and the frame. Insert cam lock screws (P) into the corresponding holes on part E and the frame, then tighten the cam lock nuts (Q) to secure.
Step 10
Attach part G (drawer slide assembly) to the inside of the assembled unit. Attach part F (drawer slide assembly) to the inside of the assembled unit. Secure both slide assemblies using 4 screws (P). Insert cam lock nuts (Q) into the pre-drilled holes on the unit and the drawer slide assemblies. Insert cam lock screws (P) into the corresponding holes, then tighten the cam lock nuts (Q) to secure.
Step 11
Attach the top panel (AA) to the assembled unit using 6 screws (P). Insert cam lock nuts (Q) into the pre-drilled holes on the top panel and the unit. Insert cam lock screws (P) into the corresponding holes, then tighten the cam lock nuts (Q) to secure.
Step 12
Assemble the drawer: Attach drawer side panels (K) to drawer back panel (N) using cam lock nuts (AC) and cam lock screws (AB). Attach drawer bottom panel (L) into the grooves of the side and back panels. Attach drawer front panel (M) to the drawer side panels (K) using cam lock nuts (AC) and cam lock screws (AB). Slide drawer bottom panel (L) into the groove of the drawer front panel (M).
Step 13
Attach the drawer slides (F and G) to the drawer box (J, K, L, M, N) using screws (T). Attach the drawer handle (S) to the drawer front panel (M) using screws (T). Insert the assembled drawer into the nightstand frame.
Step 14
The final assembled nightstand is shown. Ensure all connections are secure.
