4. Attach the meter bracket and meter, aligning the screw port and tightening the screw.
5. Insert the fixing shaft through the mounting port and secure the mounting foot with screws.
6. The rowing machine is now fully assembled and ready for use.

How to Use

Proper usage ensures an effective workout:

1. Begin by sitting on the machine, reaching for the handles, and bending your knees. Ensure proper posture.
