Recommendations for Increasing Wind Rating

Especially in areas with strong winds, rain, and snow, consider these recommendations to enhance the wind resistance of your greenhouse (items not included):

• Bolt the greenhouse securely to the ground using a concrete slab, base plates, or flanged feet.
• Utilize extra tie-down kits.
• Apply silicone sealant to seal the panels.
• Fix wood planks or boards with screws on the roof and sidewalls to further improve wind resistance.

Note: The protective film on both sides of the PC boards must be removed before assembly.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Base Frame Assembly

Assemble the base frame using parts 2-1 and 8.

Step 2: Pre-Assembled Base Frame Installation

Install the pre-assembled base frame using part 2.

Step 3: Back Wall Assembly

1. Step 3-1 & 3-2: Assemble the back wall frame using part 3.
2. Step 3-3: Assemble the back wall using part 19.
3. Step 3-4 & 3-5: Assemble the back wall frame using parts 19 and G.
4. Step 3-6 & 3-7: Assemble the back wall's plastic parts and gable frame using parts 8, 9, 15, and 3.

Step 4: Front Wall Assembly

1. Step 4-1 & 4-2: Assemble the front wall frame.
2. Step 4-3 & 4-4: Assemble the front wall.
3. Step 4-5: Assemble the front wall using part E.
4. Step 4-6 & 4-7: Assemble the front wall's plastic parts and gable frame using parts E, 9, 13, H, 12, and 3.

Step 5: Side Roof Ridge Assembly

1. Step 5-1: Assemble the side roof ridge using parts 7-1, 44, 8, 42, and 7.
2. Step 5-2: Install the pre-assembled side roof ridge using parts 7, 6, and 3.

Step 6: Middle Roof Ridge and Window Assembly

1. Step 6-1: Assemble the middle roof ridge using parts 23-1, 42, and 4.
2. Step 6-2: Assemble the window components using parts 30-1, 30-2, 2, 30-3, 48, and 4. Note: Drill 4 holes in part L with a suitable drill.
3. Step 6-3: Install the pre-assembled middle roof ridge and assemble the window. Note: Windows must be slid into the gutter of Frame 23 before assembling Frame 23.

Step 7: Side Wall Assembly

1. Step 7-1: Assemble the side wall.
2. Step 7-2: Assemble the side wall frame. Note: Do not fully tighten screws during PC board installation; tighten them completely after the PC board is installed.
3. Step 7-3: Assemble the side wall.

Step 8: Roof Wall Assembly

1. Step 8-1: Assemble the roof wall.
2. Step 8-2: Assemble the roof wall frame using parts 17, 18B, 18A, and 4. Note: Do not fully tighten screws during PC board installation; tighten them completely after the PC board is installed.
3. Step 8-3: Assemble the roof wall, including the window, using parts F1, J.

Step 9: Door Assembly

Assemble the door using parts 2, 8, 4, 31, 31A, and 47.

Step 10: Door Assembly

Note: The door handles (31 and 31A) should be secured with self-tapping screws (47) without requiring drilling.
