Getting Started

MIUI (for POCO)

The POCO M4 5G comes pre-installed with MIUI (for POCO), a customized Android-based OS. It offers frequent updates and user-friendly features based on feedback from over 200 million active users worldwide. For more information, please visit en.miui.com.

SIM Card Tray

The SIM card tray supports two Nano-SIM cards and one Micro SD card.

About Dual SIM:

Supports Dual SIM cards with no carrier restrictions, enabling dual 5G connectivity.
Features Dual Nano-SIM card slots, allowing either card to be set as the primary card.
Supports Dual SIM 5G/4G/3G/2G.
Supports Dual SIM VoLTE.

Please do not insert non-standard SIM cards into the SIM card slot, as they may damage the slot.

Important Safety Information

Read all safety information below before using your device:

Using unauthorized cables, power adapters, or batteries can cause fire, explosion, or other risks.
Use only authorized accessories compatible with your device.
The device's operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C. Using it outside this range may damage the device.
If your device has a built-in battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself to avoid damage.
Charge this device only with the included or authorized cable and power adapter. Using other adapters may cause fire, electric shock, and damage.
After charging, disconnect the adapter from the device and the power outlet. Do not charge for more than 12 hours.

Connect other devices according to their manuals. Do not connect incompatible devices.
For AC/DC adapters, the socket-outlet must be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible.

Safety Precautions

Observe all applicable laws and rules restricting mobile phone use in specific situations and environments.
Do not use your phone at petrol stations or in any potentially explosive environment (e.g., fueling areas, below decks on boats, fuel/chemical transfer facilities, or areas with grain dust or metal powders). Obey signs to turn off wireless devices. Turn off your phone in blasting areas or areas requiring "two-way radios" or "electronic devices" to be turned off.
Do not use your phone in hospital operating rooms, emergency rooms, or intensive care units. Always comply with hospital rules. If you have a medical device (e.g., pacemaker), consult your doctor and the manufacturer to determine if your phone may interfere. Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm between your phone and a pacemaker, using the ear opposite the pacemaker and not carrying it in a breast pocket. To avoid interference with medical equipment like hearing aids or cochlear implants, do not use your phone nearby.
Observe aircraft safety regulations and turn off your phone on board aircraft when required.
When driving, use your phone in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.
To avoid being struck by lightning, do not use your phone outdoors during thunderstorms.
Do not make calls while charging.
Do not use your phone in places with high humidity, such as bathrooms, as this may result in electric shock, injury, fire, or charger damage.

Security Statement

Please update your phone's operating system using the built-in software update feature or visit an authorized service outlet. Updating software through other means may damage the device or result in data loss, security issues, and other risks.

RF Exposure Information (SAR)

This device complies with Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limits for general population/uncontrolled exposure (Localized 10-gram SAR for head and trunk, limit: 2.0W/kg) as specified in Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC, ICNIRP Guidelines, and RED (Directive 2014/53/EU).

During SAR testing, the device was set to transmit at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands and placed in positions simulating RF exposure against the head with no separation and near the body with a 5 mm separation.

SAR compliance for body operation is based on a 5 mm separation distance between the unit and the human body. The device should be carried at least 5 mm away from the body to ensure RF exposure levels are compliant. When attaching the device near the body, use a belt clip or holster without metallic components that maintains at least 5 mm separation. RF exposure compliance with body-worn accessories containing metal has not been tested or certified and should be avoided. Any accessory used for body-worn operation must keep the device at least 1.5 cm away from the body.
