Please obey basic safety instructions when using electrically heated towel racks. READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY and keep them handy for future reference.
- This appliance is used for warming and drying towels and becomes hot to touch. Young children or infirm persons should be supervised and prevented from touching the appliance while it is working.
- The rack gets hotter during warming periods due to ambient temperature rise. DO NOT TOUCH HOT SURFACES DIRECTLY.
- The insulation effect of towels can slightly increase the operating temperature.
- When installing, ensure switches and control buttons cannot be touched by a person in a bath or shower.
- This appliance is ONLY for warming and drying towels; DO NOT use it for any other purpose.
- To avoid danger, this product MUST NOT be used to hold items with oil, petroleum-based products, or dry cleaning fluids.
- Ensure the voltage matches the rated value in this manual.
- For safety, electrical work must be done by an authorized person according to correct Wiring Rules and Regulations.
- DO NOT immerse in any liquid.
- DO NOT allow the power cord to contact hot surfaces while working.
- If the product malfunctions or is damaged, it must be fixed or replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or qualified persons.
- This appliance is intended for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY and not for commercial purposes.
- Do not operate with a damaged plug or cord, after a malfunction, or after being dropped or damaged.
- Children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience can use this appliance if given supervision or instruction on safe use and understanding the hazards. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be done by children without supervision.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly from the manufacturer or its service agent.
- WARNING: The bottom of this product MUST be installed at least 600 mm above the floor to avoid the risk of harm to young children.

INSTALLATION & ILLUSTRATION
Thank you for purchasing our Heated Towel Racks. This towel rack offers a flexible way to connect with the power supply. The electrical connection can be made through either the lower left or right legs, either directly wired through the wall or via the cord and plug supplied.
Notes:
- Check product and line condition before installation.
- Install the towel rack on a reliable and firm wall.
- The towel rack should not be used for riding or pulling, and the maximum load should not exceed 15 kg.
- Keep hands dry when plugging and unplugging. Keep the power off when installing waterproof plugs.
- The heated towel rack must be installed by a professional service agent or qualified person. Read safety information before installing.
- Ensure adequate space for the heated towel rack and avoid direct contact with other objects.

INSTALLATION STEPS (TOWEL RACK MAIN PARTS INSTALLATION)
STEP 1
Install the upper two ports:
Attach the Towel Rack to the Wall Spacer (A) using Screw (M8*10) and a Spanner (large). Note: Confirm the power cable outlet position (left or right side) before proceeding.
STEP 2
Attach the Power Plug to the Towel Rack using Wall Spacer (B) and Cross Screw (M5*16). Note: Verify the Power Plug cover is installed or tightened before installing Wall Spacer(B).
STEP 3
Attach the Power Cord to the Towel Rack using Wall Spacer (C) and Cross Screw (M5*16). Note: Ensure the Power Cord is installed and tightened before installing Wall Spacer(C).
STEP 4
Marking and Drilling:
- Use a pencil to draw the position of the 4 Wall Spacers on the wall.
- Draw 4 points on the wall and use an electric drill to punch holes in the corresponding places.
INSTALLATION STEPS (EXPOSED POWER CORD CONNECTION)
STEP 5
- Insert Plastic Expender into the wall holes.
- Take out the Self-Tapping Screw, pass it through the Mounting Base center hole, and tighten to fix the base to the wall.
STEP 6
- Remove the Towel Rack and place it fully into the Mounting Base.
- Use the Set Screw (M5*8) and a Spanner (small) to fix the Towel Rack to the Mounting Base.
- Push the Towel Rack to ensure stable and correct installation. Connect the Power Cord to the male connector.
Tip: If the Towel Rack cannot be set into the Mounting Base, loosen the Self-Tapping Screw and adjust the matching position.
INSTALLATION STEPS (CONCEALED POWER CORD CONNECTION)
STEP 7
- Determine the position of the Cable Hole based on the Power Cable's position on the Towel Rack.
- Insert Plastic Expanders into the wall holes, except for the Cable Hole.
- In addition to the Cable Hole, take out the Self-Tapping Screw, pass it through the Mounting Base center hole, and tighten to fix.
STEP 8
- Reserve the required power cable length and cut any excess.
- Thread the power cord through the remaining Mounting Base, assemble the Mounting Base onto the towel rack, and fix it using the Set Screw (M5*8).
- Remove the Towel Rack and place it fully into the Mounting Base.
- Take the Set Screw (M5*8) and fix the Towel Rack.
Tip: If the Towel Rack cannot be set into the Mounting Base, loosen the Self-Tapping Screw and adjust the matching position.

- Temperature Adjustment: 50~70℃.

INDICATOR ON SCREEN FOR DIFFERENT WORKING MODES

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
- To Switch On: When the Towel Warmer Racks is off, short press the [Power Button] to start the device.
- Adjust the Heating Temperature: Short press the [Temperature Adjustment Button] to adjust the heating temperature. The temperature will adjust by 5℃ for each press. After 3 seconds of setting, the icon stops blinking.
- Adjust the Timer: Short press the [Timer Button] to change the timer to 1 hour → 8 hours, or select Normally Open. The time adjusts by 1H for each press. After 3 seconds of setting, the icon stops blinking.
- To Switch OFF: Short press the [Power Button] to turn off the device.
TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION
Press and hold the [Temperature Adjustment Button] for 5 seconds in the off state to enter the temperature compensation setting. There are 9 options: "0℃", "+2℃", "+4℃", "+6℃", "+8℃", "-8℃", "-6℃", "-4℃", "-2℃". Press the [Temperature Adjustment Button] to select. (The default setting is 0℃).

FACTORY DATA RESET
In the startup state, press the [Power Button] for 5 seconds to restore factory settings. The icon will be fully displayed for 3 seconds to enter the shutdown state. A short press of the [Power Button] starts the device. The constant temperature mode is restored to 50℃, the timing mode to 2 hours, and temperature compensation to 0.
ERROR DISPLAY
When the temperature probe is abnormal, the display shows "Er". [Image: Control panel showing an error display 'Er'.] (See Figure 7)
CLEANING
The Heated Towel Rack is best wiped down from time to time with a damp cloth. DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE OR CORROSIVE CLEANERS.
