- Failure to follow safety rules and precautions may result in serious personal injury.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
- Never overload.
- Never lift people or animals. Keep children and spectators clear of the area under and around the cargo being lifted. Stay clear of the area between the product and the load during operation.
- Do not use in environments with explosive or flammable substances.
- Ensure wires and electrical terminals are insulated.
- The support structure and load connecting device must withstand the product's maximum traction.
- Do not use faulty, non-operational, or damaged products.
- The service life of the steel wire rope depends on usage. New wire ropes must be wound evenly onto the drum under load; improper winding can damage the rope.
- Regularly oil the wire rope using a stiff brush or wood piece; do not use hands.
- Before use, eliminate any factors or obstacles that may interfere with safe operation.
- Do not touch the wire rope or hook when under tension or load.
- Pay attention to load stability during operation; do not shake or rotate the load.
- Do not pull the wire rope beyond the red paint marking; maintain a safe length.
- When the product is not in use, or when repairing/replacing parts, unplug the power cord.
- Do not use this product to pull other vehicles, as impact loads can exceed the rope or product capacity.
- This product cannot be used to fix a load while it is running.
- Do not pull at an angle during hoisting.
- If the product is not working, do not hang heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of parts.
- Do not immerse any part of the product in water or wet environments.
- Use a grounded AC socket with a leakage protection device.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Ensure the Hoist is firmly suspended and reliable.
- The suspension rod load must exceed the weight of the hoist and the load.
- Overloading the Hoist is strictly prohibited.
- Operation should only be by manpower, not external forces.
- Before use, perform a safety inspection and a no-load test. Adjust the lower hook position as needed.
- Before lifting, check that the upper and lower hooks are fastened.
- When lifting heavy objects, personnel must not work or walk underneath them to avoid injury or accidents.
Remote Control Note:
- Ensure the remote control is within range and free of obstructions.
- Product remote control operation follows the switch; the red light indicates wire rope movement.
- Low transmitter power, out-of-range operation, or serious interference may cause slow operation or delays. Stop, troubleshoot, and then resume operation.
- Keep the remote control away from water or humidity. Signal interference can cause leakage or damage to the internal circuit.
- Do not use sharp objects to press the remote control to prevent equipment damage.
- Remove the battery if the product is not used for a long time.
- This device complies with FCC Rules Part 15. Operation is subject to: (1) no harmful interference, and (2) acceptance of any received interference.
The steel wire rope instruction:
- Operators must understand the product and its performance.
- Check hoisting/traction bracket structure, products, slings, and accessories for damage before lifting. Replace damaged parts.
- Understand load weight and ensure rigging, hoisting apparatus, and brackets can carry it.
- Ensure the load is positioned directly below the product. The wire rope must not twist; ensure bystanders are clear of the load.
- If overload is detected, slowly release the rope and lower the load to adjust.
- Avoid rapid lifting of heavy objects to prevent accidents.
- Check the wire rope before use. Replace if worn, knotted, or damaged.
- When pulling out the wire rope, maintain light tension to prevent winding and knotting.
Load Note:
- Do not use a load limiter to stop the load; stay clear of the cable stop hook.
- Avoid lifting or pulling the load off-center to prevent risk and ensure the load remains below the product.
- Do not swing or wrap the load.
Overload or Overheating:
- Motor force is displayed on the load indicator. If overloaded, the product stops, and red lights blink. Remove tension on the wire rope to reduce load. If the overload sensor trips, do not attempt to load the same weight again to prevent damage.
- For S3--25% duty cycle, avoid prolonged continuous use, as it can increase unsafe factors and damage the motor.
MAINTENANCE
- Frequently check the product's condition.
- Do not use damaged products.
- Ensure all components are in good condition. Replace any damaged product or hook, or any other noted damage.
- If the wire rope is worn or shows signs of strand breakage, replace it before further use.
- Keep wire ropes and hooks free from contaminants. Clean dirt with a clean towel.
- Carbon brushes wear out over time; consult a professional for replacement.
- Store the product in a dry, clean, and protected environment.
