Intended use
The Nedis KAIC100FWT is an ice cube maker that can make 9 ice cubes per 8 minutes.
The product is intended for indoor use only. The product is not intended for professional use.
This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
The product is intended for use in household environments for typical housekeeping functions that may also be used by non-expert users for typical housekeeping functions, such as: shops, offices, other similar working environments, farm houses, by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments and/or in bed and breakfast type environments.
Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Before first use
- Remove all packaging.
- Clean the inside and outside of the product with a cloth with a mixture of water and vinegar.
- Rinse the ice basket A 14 with clean water.
- Leave the lid A 2 open for at least two hours to dry naturally.
Using the product
Keep the product away from heat sources. Do not place the product on hot surfaces or near open flames.
Keep the air outlet A 13 at least 15 cm away from the wall.
Keep the product at a distance from flammable objects such as furniture, curtains and similar.
Only move the product in an upright position.
Change the water in the water reservoir A 5 at least once a day. The produced ice in the first three cycles can be smaller and irregular.
- Place the product on a stable and flat surface.
- Open the lid A 2, and take out A 14.
- Fill the water reservoir A 5 up to the 'MAX' indicator A 6 with clean water.
- Distilled water is not allowed. Mineral water is recommended.
- Open the bottom drain plug to release excess water, if the water exceeds the 'MAX' indicator.
- Plug the power cable A 12 into a power outlet.
- Press the power button A 11 to switch on the product.
- Replace A 14 and close A 2.
The 'Ice making' indicator A 10 lights up. The ice cube maker is now making ice cubes. Created ice cubes are deposited in A 14.
When A 14 is full. The 'Ice full' indicator A 8 flashes.
Take out the ice immediately, do not let the ice overflow A 14.
The 'Add water' indicator A light turns red when A 5 is empty. Press A 11 to restart the product after emptying A 14 and refilling A 5.
Cleaning the product
Unplug the product before cleaning.
Before cleaning and maintenance, switch off the product and disconnect the power.
Do not use aggressive or flammable chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid, acetone, benzene or spirit when cleaning the product.
Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
Do not spray the product with chemicals, acids, gasoline or oil.
Clean the product regularly as follows:
- Press A 11 to switch off the product.
- Unplug A 12.
- Empty A 4 5 14.
- Clean the inside and outside of the product with a cloth with a mixture of water and vinegar.
- Rinse A 14 with clean water.
Clean the product before storing the product for a long period of time.
Only store the product in a well-ventilated area.
