Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assemble Drawer Sides
Take two drawer side panels (9) and one drawer back/front panel (10). Insert cam lock bolts (A) into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of panel (10). Align the side panels (9) with panel (10) and secure by inserting cam lock nuts (B) into the corresponding holes on panels (9) and turning them clockwise until tight. Repeat this process to create the second drawer frame.
Step 2: Insert Drawer Base
Slide one drawer base panel (13) into the grooves on the inner sides of the assembled drawer frame from Step 1. Ensure it sits flush.
Step 3: Attach Drawer Front
Take a drawer front panel (12) (with handle cutout). Align it with the front of the drawer frame. Secure it to the drawer side panels (9) using screws (D). Repeat Steps 1-3 to assemble the second drawer.
Step 4: Prepare Shelf Panels
Attach two metal brackets (F) to the underside of shelf panels (2) and (3) using screws (E). These brackets will help secure the shelves.
Step 5: Assemble Main Frame (Lower Part)
Insert cam lock bolts (A) into the pre-drilled holes on the top edges of the left side frame (7) and right side frame (8). Align these side frames with the corresponding holes on the bottom panel (6) and shelf panels (2) and (3). Secure by inserting cam lock nuts (B) into the holes on panels (6), (2), and (3) and turning them clockwise until tight.
Step 6: Attach Inner Panels
Insert wooden dowels (C) into the pre-drilled holes on the inner edges of the side frames (7) and (8). Attach the shelf panels (2), (3), and (4) by aligning them with the dowels and securing them with screws (D) through the side frames.
Step 7: Secure Inner Panels
Insert cam lock nuts (B) into the corresponding holes on the shelf panels (2), (3), and (4) and turn them clockwise to secure the panels to the side frames.
Step 8: Install Bottom Panel
Slide the bottom panel (6) into the grooves located at the bottom of the assembled unit. Ensure it is fully seated.
Step 9: Prepare for Back Panel
Insert wooden dowels (C) into the pre-drilled holes along the top edges of the side frames (7) and (8), and along the back edge of the unit where the back panel will attach.
Step 10: Secure Unit Structure
Insert cam lock nuts (B) into the corresponding holes on the unit's side and back panels and turn them clockwise to secure the structure.
Step 11: Install Back Panel
Carefully slide the back panel (5) into the grooves on the rear of the unit. Ensure it is fully inserted and fits snugly.
Step 12: Attach Top Panel
Insert wooden dowels (C) into the pre-drilled holes on the top edges of the side frames (7) and (8). Place the top panel (1) onto the unit, aligning it with the dowels. Secure the top panel from underneath by inserting screws (D) through the side frames into the top panel.
Step 13: Secure Top Panel
Insert cam lock nuts (B) into the corresponding holes on the underside of the top panel (1) and turn them clockwise to fully secure the top panel.
Step 14: Install Wall Anchoring Hardware
Attach the metal brackets (H) to the back of the unit using screws (I). These are for securing the unit to the wall.
Step 15: Insert Drawers
Slide the two assembled drawers into their designated slots within the unit.
Wall Anchoring Guide
For safety, it is strongly recommended to anchor this unit to the wall to prevent tipping. Follow the appropriate steps based on your wall material:
Drywall or Plaster with Wood Stud:
- Mark the desired attachment point(s) on the wall at the appropriate height, ensuring it is positioned over a wood stud.
- Drill a pilot hole with a diameter matching the screw into the wood stud at the marked height.
- Secure the screw firmly into the wood stud as shown in the diagram.
Drywall without Wood Stud:
- Mark the desired attachment point(s) on the wall at the appropriate height.
- Drill a hole with a diameter matching the plastic anchor through the wall at the marked height.
- Drive the plastic anchor plug into the hole, using a hammer if needed.
- Insert the screw into the plastic anchor plug firmly, as shown. Do not over-tighten.
Masonry (Brick, Concrete, etc.):
- Mark the desired attachment point(s) on the wall at the appropriate height.
- Drill a hole with a diameter and depth matching the plastic anchor through the wall at the marked height.
- Drive the plastic anchor plug into the hole, using a hammer if needed.
- Insert the screw into the plastic anchor plug firmly, as shown. Do not over-tighten.
Important: If the screw cannot be securely fastened to the wall, please keep the product away from children. If your wall material is not listed here, or if you have any questions, consult your local hardware store.
Product Care Instructions
- Use a soft, clean cloth or sponge to gently wipe the outer surface of the product to remove dust and dirt.
- Avoid using chemical cleaners or harsh solvents to prevent damage to the appearance of the product.
- Inspect the fittings (bolts, screws, nuts, etc.) every 3 months and re-tighten them every 6 months if necessary.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
- If the product shows structural damage or poses a safety hazard, stop using it until it is repaired.
