Getting Started

Charging the Batteries:

Charge the headphones and case for optimal performance. Use the provided USB-C cable. A full charge typically takes 2 hours.

Wearing the Earbuds:

Select the appropriate silicone ear tips for a secure and comfortable fit. Insert the earbuds into your ears and rotate gently until they are snug.

The charging case can recharge the earbuds up to 3 times.

Pairing Your Headphones

First-Time Pairing:

Ensure earbuds are charged. Remove them from the charging case; they will automatically enter pairing mode.

On your Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and select "Philips TAT1109". If prompted, enter "0000" as the password (for older Bluetooth versions).

Single Earbud Use:

Remove either the left or right earbud from the case for mono audio. The earbud will power on and connect automatically.

Pairing with Another Device:

To pair with a new device, press and hold the touch controls on both earbuds for 5 seconds simultaneously. Then, search for the device on your new Bluetooth device.

Note: The headphones store up to 4 paired devices. Pairing a fifth device will replace the first one.

Using Your Earbuds

Connecting to Bluetooth:

The headphones automatically connect to the last paired device. If unavailable, they will search for the previously connected device.

Music and Call Management (MFT Controls):

Voice Assistant:

Activate Siri or Google Assistant by double-tapping the left earbud.

Game Mode:

Activate low-latency game mode by double-tapping the left earbud.

Resetting Your Earbuds

If you experience pairing or connection issues, reset the earbuds:

  1. On your Bluetooth device, go to Bluetooth settings and remove/forget "Philips TAT1109".
  2. Turn off Bluetooth on your device.
  3. Take earbuds out of the case. Press and hold the MFT button on one earbud for 5 seconds.
  4. Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
  5. Follow the pairing steps again.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

No Bluetooth Connection:

Ensure earbuds are charged and Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Remove "Philips TAT1109" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair.

Poor Sound Quality:

Ensure your device is within range and there are no obstructions. Charge the earbuds.

Earbuds Not Found for Pairing:

Charge the earbuds. Ensure they are not connected to another device. Reset the earbuds and try pairing again.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning:

Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Ensure they are dry before use or charging. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Battery Care:

If not used for an extended period, charge the battery at least once every three months to maintain its capacity.

Disposal Information
