Safety Instructions

• Protect the device against high humidity, water, and dust penetration. Do not use in very humid and dusty premises.

Warranty

The warranty period begins from the date of the product purchase from the Seller, authorized by Canyon. The date specified in your sales receipt or delivery note is the purchase date. During the warranty period, any repair, replacement or repayment of a purchase value is made at the discretion of CANYON. To provide the warranty service, the product shall be returned to the Seller's purchase location together with its proof of purchase (sales receipt or delivery note). The warranty period is 2 years after the product purchase by a customer. Service life: 2 years.

Charging the Earbuds

Please fully charge before first use.

Place the earbuds into the case as they will charge automatically by the magnet.

The LED light of earbuds will turn solid red while charging and the LED light of the charging case is breathing in white. Once charging is complete, both LED lights will turn off.

• Charging time: around 1 hour.
• Playback time: 6.5H (ANC off) / 5.5H (ANC on) for earphones, 30H (ANC off) / 26H (ANC on) with charging case.

Pairing

1. Take out both earbuds from the charging case.
2. They will begin auto-pairing with each other. You will hear a prompt sound to indicate L&R earbuds successfully paired.
3. The master earbud's LED will flash red and blue and go into device pairing mode.

Connect to Your Device

Activate the BT function on your device to search for "OnGo 10 ANC".

Controls

Multi-function Touch Control

• Answer/End Call: Double Tap the L/R earbud CTC.
• Reject Call: Long press the L/R earbud CTC for 2 seconds.
• Volume Control: Press L to decrease volume, press R to increase volume. (Note: TWS volume buttons adjust TWS volume and do not affect the volume of the paired device.)

Listening to Music

• Play/Pause: Double Tap the L/R earbud CTC.
• Next Song: Three Tap the R earbud CTC.
• Previous Song: Three Tap the L earbud CTC.

Voice Assistant

Long press the L earbud CTC for 2 seconds.

ANC Function

• Activate transparency mode: Long press the R earbud CTC for 2 seconds.
• Activate ANC function: Touch R earbud CTC again for 2 seconds.
• Turn off ANC function: Touch R earbud CTC again for 2 seconds.

ENC Function

Environment noise canceling (ENC) function is automatically activated during calls, using 4 microphones to collect voice and ambient sound to reduce noise.

Reset Earbud Pairing

1. Ensure earbuds are in the charging case.
2. Long press the reset button for 5-7 seconds to clear all pairing information.
3. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the lid (earbuds auto-pair on), or touch earbuds for 4 seconds manually.
• Power Off: Put earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid (auto-off and charged), or touch earbuds for 5 seconds manually.
• Auto-Off: Device powers off automatically if no device is connected for 5 minutes.

Troubleshooting

The headset cannot connect

• Ensure earbuds are charged.
• Ensure devices are connected and BT function is ON.
• Switch earbuds off and then on again.
• Ensure headset is selected as the sound output device.
• Reset to factory settings and reconnect.

Distorted Sound

• Move earphones closer to the device.
• Check for wireless signals that might cause interference near your headset and device.
• Adjust the sound volume on your earphones and device.
• Switch earphones off and then on again.
• Reset to factory settings and reconnect.
