Thank you for choosing Canyon products. This manual provides information on the specifications, setup, operation, and safety of the CNS-TWS5 wireless stereo headset.

Getting Started (Figures D, E)
Charging the Case:
Before first use, charge the case by connecting it with the USB cable to a power adapter (not included). An external battery or PC can also be used as a power source. The case LED indicator (12) blinks while charging and lights steadily when fully charged.
Charging the Headphones:
Place the headphones in the charging case (Figure F). The headphone LEDs (7) light red while charging. When charging is complete, the LEDs turn off after lighting white for 60 seconds.
Turning On/Off:
To Turn On: Remove the headphones from the case; they will turn on automatically. If they do not turn on, press and hold the center touch button (6) for 4 seconds.
To Turn Off: Place the headphones into the charging case. Alternatively, press and hold the center touch button (6) for more than 5 seconds.
Pairing the Headphones (Figure I)
Place the charging case with the headphones and your device within 90 cm of each other. Remove the headphones from the charging case. Pairing will occur automatically. Upon successful pairing, you will hear two beeps and a short tone. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on, navigate to Bluetooth settings, and select "Canyon TWS5". If prompted for a password, enter "0000".
Controls
Audio Playback (Figures J, K):
- Play/Pause: Press the center touch button (6) on either earpiece twice.
- Skip Track: Press the center touch button (6) on the right earpiece three times to skip to the next track, or on the left earpiece three times to skip to the previous track.
Call Management (Figures J, K):
- Answer/End Call: When there is an incoming call, press the center touch button (6) twice.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the center touch button (6) for 2 seconds.
- Switch Audio Output (during call): Press and hold the center touch button (6) for 1 second to switch audio between your smartphone and the headphones.
Voice Assistant:
Press and hold the center button (6) for 2 seconds until you hear a prompt tone to activate your device's voice assistant.
Safety Instructions
WARNING! Set the volume to the minimum level before using the headphones to prevent hearing damage from sudden loud sounds. Do not use headphones while driving. Protect the device from excessive moisture, water, dust, heat, and direct sunlight. Do not drop, disassemble, or attempt to repair the device yourself. Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth without detergents.
Troubleshooting
- Headphones not connecting: Charge the headphones. Check your device's connection settings and ensure the headphones are selected as the audio output device. Turn the headphones off and on again.
- Distorted sound: Reduce the distance between the headphones and your device. Adjust the volume. Check for other wireless devices causing interference.

Warranty Conditions

Disposal Information
These symbols indicate that the device, its batteries, and accessories must be disposed of separately according to WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations.
