Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 Quick Start Guide
This guide provides essential steps for using your Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 for both Air Frying and Rotisserie functions.
Air Frying
Follow these steps to begin Air Frying with your appliance.
Step 1: Insert Drip Tray
Insert the Drip Tray below the bottom heating elements, located at the very bottom of the appliance.

Step 2: Place Food
Place food on a Crisper Tray and slide the tray into one of the shelves inside the appliance. Use the markings on the appliance door to select the best shelf for your recipe.
* Note: The Pizza Rack also slides into the shelves. The Baking Pan should be placed on top of the Pizza Rack when the Baking Pan is used.

Step 3: Select Preset
Use the Program Selection Knob to select the AirFry cooking preset.

Step 4: Start Cooking
Press the Start/Pause Button to begin the cooking process. You can press this button again to pause during any cooking cycle.

Step 5: Remove Food
When the cooking cycle is complete, use oven mitts or potholders to remove the Crisper Tray by sliding it out of the appliance.

Rotisserie
Follow these steps to use the Rotisserie function with your appliance.
Step 1: Insert Drip Tray
Insert the Drip Tray below the bottom heating elements, located at the very bottom of the appliance.

Step 2: Install Rotisserie Spit
Hold the assembled Rotisserie Spit at a slight angle, with the right side higher than the left side. Insert the left side of the Spit into the Rotisserie connection point inside the appliance. With the left side securely in place, drop the right side of the Spit into the Rotisserie connection point on the right side of the appliance.

Step 3: Select Preset
Use the Program Selection Knob to select the Rotisserie cooking preset.

Step 4: Start Cooking
Press the Start/Pause Button to begin the cooking process. You can press this button again to pause during any cooking cycle.

Step 5: Remove Rotisserie Spit
When the cooking cycle is complete, use oven mitts or potholders (ideally silicone) to remove the Rotisserie Spit by lifting the right side and then the left side of the Spit to release it from the Rotisserie connection points.

Important Initial Use Instructions
IMPORTANT: Unpack all parts from the box and remove any clear or blue protective film on the components. Wash with warm, soapy water before first use. (Note: Only select accessories are dishwasher safe.)
