1. Assembly Procedure
- Temporarily assemble the entire stand without fully tightening the screws. Ensure all parts align correctly, making adjustments as needed.
- Place the left and right side boards against the pedal board with the metal brackets facing inward. Secure them provisionally using four screws (M6 x 40 mm).
- With the help of another person, raise the left and right side boards to an upright position. Ensure the pedal board is not twisted.
- Loosen the screws on the left and right side boards by approximately three turns, creating a gap of about 5 mm as shown in the illustration.
- Position the rear board and hook its metal brackets into the gaps created by loosening the screws. Ensure the pedal board and rear board are parallel, and their front edges are aligned.
- Provisionally fasten the pedal board using four screws (M5 x 20 mm).
- Firmly tighten all screws that were provisionally fastened in steps 4 and 6.
2. Install the Piano onto the Stand
- Align the screws on the bottom of the piano with the metal brackets on the side boards. Lift the front of the piano slightly (1-2 cm) and pull it towards the player's side to engage the screws with the brackets.
- Secure the piano to the stand using two screws (M5 x 20 mm).
- Connect the AC adapter to the DC In jack on the bottom of the piano and the pedal cord to the Pedal connector. Use the coated clip to secure the power cord and pedal cord.
- Fasten the headphone hook using two screws (M4 x 16 mm).
- Connect the supplied AC adapter and power cord to an AC outlet. Ensure the AC adapter is placed with the indicator side facing up. The indicator will light when plugged into a live outlet.
- Adjust the leveling foot. Turn the adjuster to lower it until it makes firm contact with the floor. This is especially important on carpeted floors to ensure stability and prevent pedal damage.
When Moving the Piano
Before moving the piano, close the keyboard cover, fold down the music rest, disconnect the AC adapter, and raise the leveling foot of the stand. Always have at least two people lift the unit carefully, keeping it level, and being mindful not to pinch hands or drop the unit on feet.
