Assembly Instructions

1. Fit the two Upper Aluminum Tubes (G) into the two Side Supports (F). Align the mounting holes and secure each tube to each support with two Self-tapping screws. (Hardware Used: Self-tapping Screws x 4, 2.5 mm Hex Key)
2. Mount the Reel Assembly (B) between the two Side Supports (F).
3. Insert the Bottom Tray (C) into the Base Feet (D). Secure with eight Self-tapping screws. (Hardware Used: Self-tapping Screws x 8, 2.5 mm Hex Key)
4. Insert the two Lower Aluminum Tubes (H) into the Base Feet / Bottom Tray assembly (D). Secure each tube with two Self-tapping Screws. (Hardware Used: Self-tapping Screws x 4, 2.5 mm Hex Key)
5. Join the upper assembly with the lower assembly. Align mounting holes and secure with four Self-tapping Screws. (Hardware Used: Self-tapping Screws x 4, 2.5 mm Hex Key)
6. Insert the Axle (J) through the holes where the Side Supports meet on the Bottom Tray.
7. Insert the Hitch Pin into the hole on the Axle on the outside of the support arms. Attach a Wheel (I) onto each end of the Axle (J). Secure Wheels with Wheel Mounting Screw and Wheel Caps. (Hardware Used: Wheel Mounting Screw x 2, Wheel Caps x 2, Hitch Pins x 2, 4 mm Hex Key)
8. Attach the Hose Alignment Assembly (E) between the two Side Supports (F) and secure each side with a self-tapping screw. (Hardware Used: Self-tapping Screws x 2, 2.5 mm Hex Key)
9. Remove elastic bands prior to installation. Attach the Handle and Top Tray Assembly (A) onto the Upper Aluminum Tubes (G) and secure with eight Self-tapping Screws. (Hardware Used: Self-tapping Screws x 8, 2.5 mm Hex Key)
   NOTE: The handle will open slightly at the seam to allow for ease of installation. This is normal and will be remedied when the screws are all placed.
10. Mount the Crank Handle (K) by aligning to the holes on the attachment point and tighten the pre-loaded Crank Handle Set Screw. (Hardware Used: Crank Handle Set Screw x 1, 3 mm Hex Key)
11. Screw the Valve Assembly into the aluminum pipe thread of the Hose Reel Assembly. Use an adjustable wrench to tighten (not included). (Hardware Used: Valve Assembly x 1)
12. Attach leader hose to the Valve Assembly. Tighten (L) with an adjustable wrench (not included) if necessary. (Hardware Used: Adjustable Wrench (not included))

Garden Hose Installation

1. Thread female end of the garden hose through the hose alignment guide and then through the inside of the left side of the hose reel. Make sure to insert through the largest hole.
2. Attach to the brass fitting and ensure a snug fit.
3. Place the hose clip around the hose, with the flat side facing the hose reel. Press the two ends of the hose clip together and align the nut over the M6 x 20 Screw. Secure by holding the hose in place and tightening the M6 x 20 Screw with the 4 mm hex key. (Hardware Used: M6 x 20 Screw x 1, 4 mm Hex Key)
4. For the second hose clip, complete the installation on the inside of the hose reel. Place the clip around the hose, with the flat side facing the reel. Insert the M6 x 20 Screw from the outside of the hose reel pointing in. Then secure in the same fashion using the included 4 mm hex key. Complete hose installation by turning the crank and using the alignment guide to help load the hose in an even orientation. (Hardware Used: M6 x 20 Screw x 1, 4 mm Hex Key)

Operation

1. Turn water on and pull as much hose as needed out through the alignment guide and use for watering.
2. When done, wind hose back onto the reel using crank arm and alignment guide. Turn off water and squeeze nozzle trigger to release remaining water from the hose. When done, wind hose back onto the reel using crank arm and alignment guide.

Storage

1. Make sure all water is drained from hose when not in use.
2. Do not store in direct sunlight.
