The 2.4G receiver has a dedicated storage place.

Connectivity Modes

2.4G Link

Mode: 2.4G

FN+R: Activates 2.4G mode. The 'R' key indicator light will flash green slowly for reconnection, flash green rapidly for pairing, and stay solid green for 2 seconds before turning off.

Bluetooth Connection

Device 1 (FN+Q): Press 'Q' key. Indicator light: Red slow flash for reconnection, red pop-up for pairing, solid red for 2 seconds.

Device 2 (FN+W): Press 'W' key. Indicator light: Blue slow flash for reconnection, blue flash for pairing, solid blue for 2 seconds.

Device 3 (FN+E): Press 'E' key. Indicator light: Yellow slow flash for reconnection, yellow pop-up for pairing, solid yellow for 2 seconds.

Wired Connection

Mode: Wired

First, insert the Type-C cable into the keyboard and connect the other end to the computer. Ensure the connection mode switch is in the middle position. The keyboard can then be used normally.

Indicator Light Positions

• Low Power Mode: FN indicator light flashes red.
• Charging Mode: FN indicator light shows a blue breathing effect.
• Full Charge Mode: FN indicator light is solid green.
• Win Lock Mode: WIN indicator light is solid green.
• CAPS Lock Mode: CAPS indicator light is solid green.

Service Content

1. Within 7 days from the date of purchase: If the packaging is not damaged and does not affect resale, the consumer can return or exchange the product if not satisfied.
2. Within 15 days from the date of purchase: If the consumer is not satisfied, the product can be replaced with one of the same grade and value from previous Front Walker products.
3. From the date of purchase: For product failures caused by poor electrical performance within the warranty period, maintenance will be provided free of charge. (Specific maintenance matters will be handled by the provincial representative or the Front Walker product head office).

Exclusions from Service Scope

1. Service or free maintenance period has expired.
2. Failure or damage caused by not following correct usage, maintenance, or storage instructions.
3. Failure or damage caused by repairs performed by unauthorized maintenance agencies.
4. Missing dealer registration information or product seal on the three-package certificates.
5. Unauthorized alteration of the content of the three-package certificates.
6. Consumers removing the QC PASS sticker from the bottom of the product.
7. Product failure due to force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods).
8. Product failure caused by human factors (e.g., operating errors, handling damage, bumps, inappropriate input voltage, etc.).
9. Failures or damage caused by issues other than the product's design, technology, manufacturing, or quality.
