- Pinpoint Button [?]: Activates pinpoint mode to precisely locate a target.
Display Screen Elements:
- Battery Level Indicator [?]: Shows the remaining battery charge.
- Charging Status Indicator [⚡]: Displays when the detector is charging.
- Sensitivity Adjustment [⬆️⬇️]: Controls how sensitive the detector is to metal objects.
- Discrimination Scale: A visual scale indicating the detector's ability to ignore ferrous (iron) targets.
- Search Mode Indicators [?]: Icons representing the currently selected search mode (e.g., Park, Field, Beach).
- Target ID Number [?]: Displays a numerical value corresponding to the detected target's conductivity.
- Depth Gauge [?]: Provides an estimation of the target's depth below the surface.
Settings Menu:
Access the settings menu [⚙️] to configure the following:
- Noise Cancel [?]: Automatically selects the best channel to minimize interference.
- Ground Balance [⛰️]: Adjusts the detector to ignore ground mineralization. Includes automatic tracking.
- Volume Adjustment [?]: Controls the loudness of target audio signals.
- Threshold [➖]: Sets a low-level background hum for better detection of faint signals.
- Target Tone [?]: Configures the audio tones for different target types.
- Accept/Reject [✔️/❌]: Allows you to accept or reject specific target IDs.
- Recovery Speed: Determines how quickly the detector processes signals after detecting a target. A faster speed is better for trashy areas. [⚡]
- Iron Bias: Adjusts the detector's response to iron targets. [?]
- Wireless Audio Pairing [?]: Connects to compatible wireless headphones.
