AGPTEK LW11 & LW31: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Notifications
Q: Which applications can I receive notifications from?
A: Please check the FitCloudPro / OnWear app. In the notification settings, you can find a complete list of compatible applications.
Q: The application I want to receive notifications from is not on the list in FitCloudPro / OnWear. Is it possible to activate it?
A: We apologize, but it is currently not possible to receive notifications from applications that are not on the list.
Q: I cannot receive notifications on my smartwatch.
A: Firstly, ensure that you have successfully connected your phone to the smartwatch. This means not only a successful Bluetooth connection in the phone's settings, but also that the smartwatch is correctly connected within the FitCloudPro / OnWear app. Additionally, the smartwatch can only display notifications that are visible on your phone. If you cannot find notifications on your phone, you will not find them on the smartwatch. Please check your phone to ensure the notifications you wish to receive are displayed.
You should activate the applications in the FitCloudPro / OnWear app for which you want to receive notifications, and authorize the app to access notifications. (Usually, if you follow the steps during app installation for configuration, this step is not necessary).
For Android versions of WhatsApp: WhatsApp has blocked all devices from reading and displaying its notifications. It is normal to only see a notification stating: "You have a new WhatsApp message."
Q: Besides the notification function, the smartwatch works fine. I have activated all functions, but the notification function is still not working.
A: Try ignoring (disabling) the smartwatch's Bluetooth in your phone's settings. After a few minutes, reconnect the Bluetooth via the FitCloudPro / OnWear app.
Q: I have other questions about the FitCloudPro / OnWear application.
A: To assist you correctly and accurately, please provide feedback within the FitCloudPro / OnWear app. Include a screenshot of the feedback and contact the seller promptly, sending: 1) The smartwatch version, 2) The phone model, 3) The phone system version, 4) A screenshot of the in-app feedback. The seller will contact us to resolve the issue.
Pedometer & Sport Modes
Q: Why doesn't it record distance while driving?
A: The smartwatch does not provide GPS, so it only records specific sports data.
Q: Pedometer data is different from sport mode.
A: The pedometer records not only sports data but also data from other sport modes and walking data.
Q: The pedometer records data when I am not walking or doing sports.
A: The pedometer records data by detecting arm swing, as it does not have built-in GPS. It is not abnormal to record tens of extra steps. Similarly, if the arm swing is too small when walking or doing sports, the smartwatch may record fewer steps.
Q: Can I record steps if I don't carry my phone?
A: Yes, the built-in pedometer in the smartwatch will function normally. However, other functions that require the phone will not work.
Q: Does it record data when I go cycling?
A: Yes, it records data. However, you should activate the cycling mode first. After finishing the cycling mode, the distance, calories, and duration will be displayed.
