Fermax Placa Marine Ref. 1455 Installer Manual

This document is the Installer Manual for the PLACA MARINE Ref. 1455, version V02.10. It includes installation and programming instructions.

1 DESCRIPTION

The Fermax Placa Marine Ref. 1455 is a video door entry system with the following components:

Note: Residents can access the entrance by identifying themselves with their authorized Mifare card. The door will open. The MIFARE identifier must be added to the system using the FERMAX MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE. It supports up to 100,000 identifiers. The WIEGAND connection allows integration of this MIFARE reader into third-party Access Control Systems, and also the integration of third-party readers with the MARINE plate using the same WIEGAND connection.

2 PROGRAMACIÓN MEDIANTE NAVEGADOR WEB (Web Browser Programming)

To program the MARINE plate, access is required via a PC with a web browser. Chrome is the preferred browser.

The PC must be connected to the same LAN as the plate, and configured with an IP address in the same range. The default IP address for the MARINE plate is 10.1.0.1.

Enter the plate's IP address in the browser's address bar. A login form will appear.

Default login credentials:

The programming interface is divided into several sections:

2.1 DISPOSITIVO (Device)

This section provides technical information about the plate.

2.2 GENERAL

This section allows configuring the identification parameters of the MARINE plate within an installation. It also allows setting the date and time.

Notes:

2.3 CONFIGURACIÓN DE RED LAN (LAN Network Configuration)

This section configures the LAN parameters.

Notes:

2.4 ACCESO (Access)

This section configures access control functionalities.

2.5 RECONOCIMIENTO FACIAL (Facial Recognition)

Enable or disable the facial recognition function. Requires FERMAX MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE V01.05 for programming and managing user photos. The system supports up to 6,000 faces.

Notes: The MEET facial recognition system uses a 2D identification system, capable of differentiating between photos and live faces under certain conditions. While it can be used for door opening, it does not guarantee maximum security or 100% reliability.

2.6 CAMARAS IP (IP Cameras)

The MEET monitor can switch between up to 4 IP CCTV cameras during communication with the street plate to view adjacent areas from different angles. This section configures these IP CCTV cameras using RTSP protocol.

2.7 SIP

Configure the MARINE plate for SIP functionalities, such as mobile call forwarding using the FERMAX-MEET ME APP, or to function as a terminal in a third-party SIP system using SIP protocol instead of FERMAX MEET protocol.

Configuration for smartphone forwarding using the FERMAX MEET ME APP:

Configuration for integration with a SIP server: Configure the plate as a SIP server extension. Contact the SIP system administrator for necessary information.

2.8 SIP TRUNK

Defines configuration for when a VoIP gateway is installed on a network connected to a PSTN line. Calls from the plate will be forwarded to a mobile or landline phone via the VoIP gateway.

2.9 LLAMADAS SIP (SIP Calls)

Allows making calls to mobile devices (smartphones) when no MEET monitor is associated with a dwelling. Requires a MEET ME license (Ref. 1496) per dwelling. Up to 8 smartphones can receive calls simultaneously. It's also possible to make simultaneous calls to various MEET devices and/or third-party SIP devices using SIP protocol.

A CSV file with device information must be imported to the plate.

CSV File Generation and Import Procedure:

  1. Select EXPORTAR (Export) to generate a blank CSV table and save it to your PC. Rename the file or use the default name (e.g., MEET CALL DIVERT PXXX-YY.csv).
  2. Open the CSV file with Microsoft Excel.
  3. Cell A1 should contain "APARTMENT, NAME,". Do not modify.
  4. Use subsequent cells (A2, A3, etc.) to enter device data for call forwarding. The format depends on the call type:
    • FERMAX MEET LICENSE: APARTMENT, sip:XXXXXXX@sip.fermax.com (XXXXXXX is the license number).
    • MEET device in the same installation: APARTMENT, sip:XXX@IP_DEVICE (XXX is device identifier, IP_DEVICE is the monitor's IP).
    • Third-party SIP device (via SIP server): APARTMENT, sip:username@IP_SIP_SERVER (username is the SIP server registration, IP_SIP_SERVER is the SIP server IP).
    • Multiple forwarding formats can be assigned to the same apartment using different rows in the same column.
  5. Save the completed table and upload it to the plate by clicking “Seleccionar archivo” (Select file), locating the CSV, and clicking “IMPORTAR” (Import). A message “EXPORTACIÓN EXITOSA” (EXPORT SUCCESSFUL) will appear.

Example:

APARTMENTNAMESIP FORWARDING
170sip:170@192.168.1.190
171sip:0103283@sip.fermax.com
645sip:645@192.168.1.195
180sip:1234@192.168.1.170
181sip:1234@192.168.1.170
182sip:1234@192.168.1.170
183sip:1234@192.168.1.170

Note on Non-Latin Languages: For non-Latin languages (e.g., Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Hebrew), export a blank CSV, open with Notepad, copy the directory list in the desired script, save as .CSV (UTF-8), and import via the web server. Do not use Microsoft Excel for non-Latin scripts to avoid formatting issues.

2.10 ADVANCED

This section allows advanced adjustments, such as quick dial and directory calls.

Directory CSV Generation and Import Procedure:

  1. Select EXPORTAR (Export) to generate a blank CSV file and save it. Rename it or use the default name (agenda.csv).
  2. Open the CSV file with Microsoft Excel.
  3. Cell A1 should contain "APARTMENT, NAME,". Do not modify.
  4. Fill in subsequent cells (A2, A3, etc.) with the apartment number and owner name (format: "Apartment number", "user name").
  5. Save and upload the table to the plate via “Seleccionar archivo” and “IMPORTAR”. Wait for “IMPORTACIÓN EXITOSA” (IMPORT SUCCESSFUL).
