Installation / Montage
This section provides crucial dimensions and guidance for installing the oven. Ensure all measurements are adhered to for proper fit and ventilation.
Key Dimensions:
- Overall dimensions: 595mm (width) x 576mm (height) x 595mm (depth)
- Recess dimensions: Minimum 550mm (height) x 560mm (width) x 550mm (depth)
- Clearances: 80mm above, 60mm to the sides, 100mm to the front, 200mm below.
- Minimum distance from other appliances and units must be maintained.
Installation Notes:
- Only a qualified person should install the appliance.
- Ensure the appliance is installed in a safe and suitable place meeting installation requirements.
- The kitchen cabinet and recess must have suitable dimensions.
- Check that the appliance door opens without restraint before mounting.
- The appliance is equipped with an electric cooling system and must be operated with the electric power supply.
Electrical Connection:
- All electrical connections must be made by a qualified electrician.
- The appliance must be earthed.
- Ensure rating plate parameters match the mains power supply.
- Use a correctly installed shockproof socket.
- Do not use multi-plug adapters or extension cables.
- If the mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced by an Authorised Service Centre or similarly qualified person.
- Ensure mains cables do not touch or come near the appliance door or niche, especially when hot.
- Shock protection of live and insulated parts must be fastened securely.
- Connect the mains plug only after installation is complete and ensure it remains accessible.
- Do not pull the mains cable to disconnect; always pull the plug.
- Use appropriate isolation devices (cut-outs, fuses, earth leakage trips, contactors).
- The electrical installation must include an isolation device with a minimum contact opening width of 3 mm.
- The appliance is supplied without a main plug and cable.

1. Safety Information
Always read the supplied instructions carefully before installation and use. The manufacturer is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from incorrect installation or usage. Keep instructions in a safe, accessible location.
1.1 Children and Vulnerable People Safety
- The appliance can be used by children aged 8+ and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, if supervised or instructed on safe use and hazards.
- Children under 8 years and those with extensive disabilities should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep packaging away from children and dispose of it properly.
- WARNING: The appliance and its accessible parts become hot during use. Keep children and pets away when in use and cooling down.
- Activate child safety device if available.
- Children must not perform cleaning or maintenance without supervision.
1.2 General Safety
- This appliance is for cooking purposes only.
- Designed for single household domestic use in an indoor environment.
- May be used in offices, hotels, guest rooms, farmhouses, and similar accommodations if usage levels do not exceed domestic norms.
- Installation and cable replacement must be done by a qualified person.
- Do not use the appliance before it is installed in the built-in structure.
- Disconnect from power supply before any maintenance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, Authorised Service Centre, or qualified personnel.
- The control panel must be connected to the heating unit with matching connector colours to avoid hazards.
- Disconnection means must be incorporated in fixed wiring according to wiring rules.
- WARNING: Ensure the appliance is switched off before replacing the lamp to avoid electric shock.
- WARNING: Appliance parts become hot during use. Avoid touching heating elements or cavity surfaces.
- Always use oven gloves for accessories or ovenware.
- To remove shelf supports: pull front, then rear, away from side walls. Install in reverse.
- Do not use a steam cleaner.
- Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers on the glass door, as they can scratch or shatter the glass.
2. Safety Instructions
2.1 Installation
- WARNING! Only a qualified person must install this appliance.
- Remove all packaging.
- Do not install or use a damaged appliance.
- Follow installation instructions available on the website.
- Handle with care when moving; it is heavy. Use safety gloves and enclosed footwear.
- Do not pull the appliance by the handle.
- Install in a safe, suitable place meeting requirements.
- Ensure kitchen cabinet and recess have suitable dimensions.
- Maintain minimum distance from other appliances and units.
- Check door opens freely before mounting.
- Parts carry current; enclose with furniture to prevent touching dangerous parts.
- The appliance has an electric cooling system and requires a power supply.
2.2 Electrical Connection
- WARNING! Risk of fire and electric shock.
- All electrical connections by a qualified electrician.
- Appliance must be earthed.
- Check rating plate parameters match mains supply.
- Use a correctly installed shockproof socket.
- Do not use multi-plug adapters or extension cables.
- Do not damage the mains plug or cable. Replace damaged cables via Authorised Service Centre.
- Keep mains cables away from the appliance door or niche, especially when hot.
- Shock protection parts must be secured and not removable without tools.
- Connect plug only after installation and ensure it's accessible.
- Do not pull the cable to disconnect; pull the plug.
- Use correct isolation devices (cut-outs, fuses, earth leakage trips, contactors).
- Electrical installation needs an isolation device for all-pole disconnection (min. 3mm contact opening).

2.3 Use
- WARNING! Risk of injury, burns, electric shock, or explosion.
- Do not change appliance specifications.
- Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.
- Do not leave unattended during operation.
- Deactivate after each use.
- Open door carefully during operation; hot air can release.
- Do not operate with wet hands or when in contact with water.
- Do not apply pressure on the open door.
- Do not use as a work or storage surface.
- Open door carefully; alcohol-based ingredients can cause alcohol-air mixtures.
- Keep sparks or open flames away from the appliance when opening the door.
- Use only glass and jars approved for preserving.
- Do not place flammable products or wet items near or on the appliance.
- WARNING! Risk of appliance damage.
- To prevent enamel damage/discoloration:
- Do not place ovenware or objects directly on the bottom.
- Do not place aluminium foil directly on the cavity bottom.
- Do not pour water directly into the hot appliance.
- Do not leave moist dishes/food in the appliance after cooking.
- Handle accessories carefully during removal/installation.
- Enamel/stainless steel discoloration does not affect performance.
- Always cook with the door closed.
2.4 Care and Cleaning
- WARNING! Risk of injury, fire, or appliance damage.
- Before maintenance, deactivate and disconnect the appliance.
- Ensure appliance is cold; glass panels can break.
- Replace damaged door glass panels immediately; contact Authorised Service Centre.
- Handle the door carefully; it is heavy.
- Clean regularly to prevent surface deterioration.
- Use a moist soft cloth with neutral detergents. Do not use abrasive products, pads, solvents, or metal objects.
- Follow oven spray safety instructions if used.
2.5 Internal Lighting
- WARNING! Risk of electric shock.
- Lamps are designed for extreme conditions in appliances and are not for room illumination.
- This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class G.
- Use only lamps with the same specifications.
2.6 Service
- Contact Authorised Service Centre for repairs.
- Use only original spare parts.
2.7 Disposal
- WARNING! Risk of injury or suffocation.
- Contact municipal authority for disposal information.
- Disconnect from mains supply.
- Cut off the mains electrical cable close to the appliance and dispose of it.
3. Product Description
3.1 General Overview
The oven features a control panel, display, heating functions, cooking zones, heating elements, lamp, fan, shelf supports, and cavity embossment for Aqua Cleaning.

3.2 Accessories
- Wire shelf: For cake tins, ovenproof dishes, roast dishes, cookware.
- Baking tray: For moist cakes, baked items, bread, large roasts, frozen meals, and to catch dripping liquids.
4. Control Panel
4.1 Turning the Appliance On and Off
- To turn on: Press knobs to pop out, turn heating function knob to select function, turn control knob to adjust settings.
- To turn off: Turn the heating function knob to the off position.
4.2 Knobs for Cooking Zones
Refer to safety chapters in the hob user manual. You can operate the hob with these knobs.

Turn the knob to set a heat setting.
4.4 Automatic Heat-Up (if applicable)
Heats the cooking zone with full power for a time. Turn knob clockwise to maximum, then set desired heat setting. Turn to off position to deactivate.
4.5 Using the Double Zone (if applicable)
If the hob has sensor fields, functions are controlled by the hob. Refer to the hob user manual.
4.6 Sensor Fields / Buttons

4.7 Display
The display shows functions like Clock functions (A), Timer (B), and Heat-up indicator (C).
5. Before First Use
5.1 Setting the Time
After first connection, wait for display to show "00:00". Use +/- buttons to set time. Press again or wait 5 seconds to confirm.
5.2 Initial Preheating and Cleaning
Preheat the empty appliance before first use to burn off residues. Ventilate the room. Remove accessories. Run the appliance at maximum temperature for 1 hour, then 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes. Turn off, let cool, and clean with a microfibre cloth, warm water, and mild detergent. Replace accessories.
6. Daily Use
6.1 Heating Functions
- Light: Turns on the lamp.
- Moist Fan Baking: Energy-saving function. Temperature may differ from set point due to residual heat.
- Conventional Cooking: For baking and roasting on one shelf.
- Bottom Heat: For crispy bottoms and preserving food.
- True Fan Cooking: For roasting meat and baking cakes. Use lower temperature than Conventional Cooking as fan distributes heat evenly.
- Grill: For thin food items and toasting bread.
- Turbo Grilling: For large meat joints, poultry, gratins, and browning.
- Pizza Function: For dishes requiring more heat from below.
- Defrost: For defrosting food (vegetables, fruit). Time depends on quantity and size.
The lamp may turn off automatically at temperatures below 60°C during some functions.
6.2 Notes on: Moist Fan Baking
This function complies with energy efficiency standards (EU 65/2014, EU 66/2014) and IEC/EN 60350-1. Keep the oven door closed for maximum energy efficiency. Refer to "Hints and Tips" and "Energy Efficiency" chapters for more details.
6.3 Setting a Heating Function
- Turn the heating function knob to select a function.
- Turn the control knob to select the temperature.
- Turn knobs to the off position when cooking is finished.
7. Additional Functions
7.1 Cooling Fan
The cooling fan operates automatically during and after use to keep surfaces cool.
8. Clock Functions
8.1 Clock Functions Table
- Time of Day: Set, change, or check the time.
- Duration: Set appliance operating time.
- Minute Minder: Set a countdown (no effect on appliance operation).
8.2 Setting: Time of Day
Use '-' repeatedly to change time, then '+/-' to set. Display shows time after 5 seconds. '-' flashes after power connection, power cut, or if timer is not set.
8.3 Setting: Duration
- Select oven function and temperature.
- Use '-' repeatedly, then '+/-' to set duration.
- Display shows flashing indicator when time ends. Signal sounds, appliance turns off.
- Press any button to stop signal.
- Turn knobs to off position.
8.4 Setting: Minute Minder
- Use '-' repeatedly, then '+/-' to set time.
- Function starts automatically after 5 seconds. Signal sounds when time ends.
- Press any button to stop signal.
- Turn knobs to off position.
8.5 Cancelling: Clock Functions
Press '-' repeatedly until the clock function symbol flashes, then press and hold the button to cancel.
9. Using the Accessories
9.1 Inserting Accessories
Accessories are designed with safety indentations and anti-tip features. The raised rim on shelves prevents cookware from slipping.
- Wire Shelf: Insert between guide bars of the shelf support.
- Baking Tray: Push between guide bars of the shelf support.
10. Hints and Tips
10.1 Cooking Recommendations
Table times and temperatures are guidelines, depending on recipes and ingredients. Your appliance may perform differently. Shelf positions are counted from the oven floor. Refer to "Energy Efficiency" for saving tips.

Use dark, non-reflective tins for better heat absorption.

11. Care and Cleaning
11.1 Notes on Cleaning
- Cleaning Agents: Use microfibre cloth with warm water and mild detergent for the front. Use suitable cleaning solution for metal surfaces. Clean stains with mild detergent.
- Everyday Use: Clean interior after each use to prevent fire risk from fat accumulation. Do not store food longer than 20 minutes. Dry interior with microfibre cloth.
- Accessories: Clean all accessories after use and dry them. Use microfibre cloth with warm water and mild detergent. Do not clean in dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects on non-stick accessories.
11.2 Removing the Shelf Supports
To clean the appliance, remove shelf supports: Turn off, wait until cold. Pull front of support away from side wall, then pull rear end away and remove. Install in reverse sequence.
11.3 Aqua Cleaning
This procedure uses humidity to remove fat and food particles. Pour 300 ml water into cavity embossment, set function, set temperature to 90°C. Let appliance work for 30 min. Turn off, wait until cold, and dry cavity with a soft cloth.
11.4 Removing and Installing the Door
The door and internal glass panels can be removed for cleaning. The door is heavy. Handle glass carefully, especially edges, as it can break.
- Fully open the door.
- Press clamping levers (A) on the two door hinges.
- Close door to first opening position (approx. 70°).
- Hold door on each side and pull upwards and away from the oven.
- Place door outer-side down on a soft cloth.
- Release clip seal by pushing door trim (B) inwards on top edge.
- Pull door trim forward to remove.
- Lift glass panels one by one from their top edge out of the guides.
- Clean glass panels with water and soap; dry carefully. Do not clean in dishwasher.
- Reassemble in reverse order, smaller panel first, then larger, then door. Ensure correct panel positioning to prevent door surface overheating.
11.5 Replacing the Lamp
- WARNING! Risk of electric shock; lamp can be hot.
- Turn off appliance, wait until cold, disconnect from mains. Place cloth on oven floor.
- Top Lamp: Turn glass cover to remove. Clean glass cover. Replace lamp with a suitable 300°C heat-resistant lamp. Install glass cover.
12. Troubleshooting
12.1 What to do if...

13.3 Energy Saving Tips
- Keep appliance door closed during operation; do not open too often.
- Keep door gasket clean and properly positioned.

- Cooking with Fan: Use fan functions when possible to save energy.
