Disc Structure
- DVD: Divided into Disc, Title, and Chapter. A Title is the main movie, and Chapters are smaller segments within a title for searching.
- CD: Divided into Disc and Track. Tracks are numbered for search functions.
Region Management Information
This player is designed for Region 2 DVDs. It will also play discs marked as 'ALL' regions. Discs from other regions may not be playable.
Before Operation

Security

Connections
Connect the DVD player to your TV and amplifier.
- Turn off all equipment before connecting.
- Use the provided Video/Audio cords (Red, White, Yellow plugs) or the SCART lead.
- Connect the Red plug to Audio Out R, White to Audio Out L, and Yellow to Video Out on the player.
- Connect the other end of the cords to the corresponding inputs on your TV set.
- Alternatively, use the SCART lead from the EURO AV jack on the player to the SCART socket on your TV.
- Ensure correct audio input is selected on your amplifier.

Play Discs
- Turn on the TV and audio system, select the correct video input (e.g., VIDEO or S-VIDEO).
- Select the correct audio input on your amplifier.
- Turn on the DV-600 using the STANDBY/ON button or the remote.
- Press OPEN/CLOSE to open the disc tray, insert the disc label-up, and press OPEN/CLOSE again to close. The unit will read the disc.
- For DVDs, the menu and titles will appear. For CDs, playback starts with the first track.
- Press the stop button (⏹️) to stop playback.
- Press the remove disc button (▶️) to eject the disc.
System Setting
- Use the SYSTEM button on the remote to set the TV TYPE (PAL, AUTO, NTSC) to match your TV.
V-Mode
This feature is not available for this unit.
Display

Fast Play

For discs with multiple titles, use the TITLE/PBC or MENU button to display the title list, then press PLAY to select and start a title.
Playing a Disc Containing MP3 Files
- When an MP3 disc is loaded, the MP3 menu screen appears.
- Use direction buttons and PLAY to navigate folders and select files.
- You can enter the title number directly using the numeric buttons.
- Use ▶️ and ◀️ to move between titles/files.
Repeat Play
Set repeat modes for DVD (Chapter, Title, All) and CD/MP3 (Track, Single, Repeat One, Folder, Shuffle, Random).

Use the A-B button to set a start (A) and end (B) point for repeated playback of a segment.
Select a Subtitle Language
