Quick Start Guide
Getting Started
Charge Osmo Mobile 7P using the power cable and a USB adapter (not included), connecting it to the charging port.
The charging process involves connecting a USB cable to the gimbal's charging port.
Unfold the gimbal; it will power on automatically once unfolded.
Stretch the magnetic phone clamp to fit the mobile phone's width, then attach it to the center of the phone.
Align the marks on the phone clamp and the mounting plate, then attach the mobile phone to Osmo Mobile 7P.
Connecting to the DJI Mimo App
- Power on Osmo Mobile 7P.
- Enable Bluetooth 🕳 on your mobile phone and connect to Osmo Mobile 7P within the DJI Mimo app. Ensure your mobile phone has an internet connection.
- When using DJI Mimo for the first time, you may be prompted to grant access to certain information. An internet connection is required for activation. After authorization, the app will display the camera view.
The connection process is indicated by: 🕳 → ✔ → DJI Mimo App on phone → DJI Mimo App with open book icon on phone.
Built-in Extension Rod and Tripod
The gimbal features a built-in extension rod that extends for selfies, allowing more of the scene to be captured.
It also includes a built-in tripod for temporary placement on stable, flat surfaces.

The Osmo Mobile 7P features several control buttons:

Storage
To power off Osmo Mobile 7P, press and hold the power button. Fold the gimbal and remove the phone.
