Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Board and Attach Side Rails
The first step involves placing a flat board (Component ①) and attaching side rails (Component ④) to its underside. Diagram 1 shows the board with reference points indicated by circled numbers ② and ③, and attachment points ④. Diagram 2 illustrates the board (①) with two side rails (④) being positioned for attachment.
Step 2: Assemble the Frame
This step focuses on building the main frame. Side aluminum bars (Component ⑦) are shown being attached to the board assembly. Fasteners, such as setscrews (Component ⑧), are used to secure these parts. The assembly process may require tools like a wrench ? and a hammer ?. Diagram 3 shows the frame being constructed with parts labeled ⑦ and ⑧. Diagram 4 depicts the completed frame assembly, highlighting the use of setscrews (⑧) for structural integrity.
