I have a similar problem. Did you get a resolution this problem?
Your microphone is to covered, interlocutors cannot always hear clearly. Although receive sound is excellent. Second, the control buttons are so sensitive that if my finger is just near the light, it hangs up the phone – causing the interruption of the call. Third, if the ear buds idle while I’m setting up another call, it automatically shuts down. I see no instructions to modify that process.
Why does it shutoff /disconnect after about 10 minutes? Annoying, if I wanted to turn off/disconnect, I will. Now if the battery was low I could understand, but mine is fully charged and it still does it. Other than that, they’re very comfortable and good sound and fit

it’s really hard … I have this problem, I can’t connect the microphone to the not and then it shuts down as a way to save battery since “it’s not being used”, I can’t use it during online classes or calling, it shuts down on its own and I had no solution for the support.
tá dificil mesmo…tenho esse problema, não consigo conectar o microfone no not e daí ele se desliga como forma de poupar bateria já que “não esta sendo usado”, não consigo usar durante aulas on line ou chamada, ele se desliga sozinho e não tive solução do suporte.

Lot of questions about the auto off but no answers that I see, the headset sounds nice and clear but I use it to answer calls when I drive hands free and turning off after 5 minutes of inactivity is a deal breaker. I will be returning tomorrow and look for something else

my new jbls print is having charging issues. it goes red 9(the led) but after a minute or so the red goes off and theres no colour. then the blue light starts blinking when i turn on te headphone but it doest turn on and doesnt connect to my phone. pls help!!
is there like a way to remove the wire that goes behind your head…..i really like the headphone its just i dont find the wire around my head comftorble 🙂
