Press and hold the DOWN button until the desk reaches its lowest position. Press and hold DOWN again for 10 seconds until 'RESET' displays. Hold DOWN once more until the desk lowers slightly and rises. The desk is now ready to use.
First, raise or lower the desk to your desired height. Press the 'M' button, then press one of the numbered preset buttons (e.g., 1, 2, 3) to save that specific height.
