Q: What should I do if the LED indicators show an error status?

Q: Can I use any thermal paper with this printer?
A: For optimal printing quality, it is recommended to use HPRT official thermal paper with this printer.
Q: How do I know when to charge the battery?
A: The operational status LED will flash rapidly with a red light when the battery is low, indicating that it’s time to charge the battery using the provided USB cable.

Product Introduction

Accessories

Install the print paper

Open the top cover
Pull the cover-opening button up，and open the top cover.

Adjust Separator
Pull the Separator，Please adjust the separator according to the paper width.

Close the top cover
Make sure the top cover is closed in place.

Put in the printing paper
Put the Thermal paper face up into the paper inlet, and the paper will enter the paper automatically.

Please use HPRT oﬃcial thermal paper for a better printing experience.

Power On

Power on
Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to start the printer.

To turn oﬀ the printer, also hold down the power button for 3 seconds.

Printing from PC

Connect one side of the USB cable to the PC and the other side to the printer.

Turn on the printer.
Download the printer driver from the website: https://www.hprt.com/HPRT-MT620
And then install it on the PC.
Choose the document you want to print from the PC and print it via printer “HPRT MT620 ”.

Printing Wirelessly from Mobile Phone

Download App
Scan the QR code below to download App.

Connect with the printer
Turn on the Bluetooth on the phone, open the App, click “Connect printer”, and “Connect” with “MT620-xxxx”.

Print

Open the document you want to print, and copy/share it to App.（Or select document printing on the App home page）.

Adjust it in the print preview, and click the print icon on the top right corner to print.

Note: App operation shall be subject to the latest version.

Battery Charging

When the battery is low, the operational status LED will ﬂash (red light ﬂashes quickly). Please use the matching USB cable to charge in time. If you continue printing, the printer may shut down automatically.

Precautions

The best operating temperature is 0℃~40℃, if the environmental temperature is too low or too high, the print quality may be aﬀected.

Please do not use the unoﬃcial paper roll to ensure the print quality.
During printing, the printer head will heat up,do not touch it to avoid burns.
Do not pull out the paper by force during printing, or else it may damage the printer.
